Phantastic! Exercise was fun and pretty hard actually...first I couldn’t move without using my muscles...and the results are amazing. posture, breathing and walking are different. I will see how long that lets...have to go back to my desk/bureau...😅
Honestly, it feels like I'm really "using my body to the fullest" when I can hike, climb, or do some kind of agile movement. My everyday movements of stand up, sit down, even walking just aren't satisfying if that makes sense. I can feel the rush of new movement when it is outside of my normal habits. It makes me feel young and like my body has more potential than I'm allowing on an everyday basis.
I really like this video!! Practiced this twice and it unlocked a bit of my chronically tight and painful SI joint/hips, shoulder, and neck issues. My neck actually adjusted itself and actually moved way more than when I would try to force it into better alignment. It is harder to rotate to the right side but this also helped in making my lower back feel less pressure. That is pretty fun and really cool!! Excited to learn more 😊😊😊 Many thanks!! ❤
Thank you Taro so much for this great session. at the beginning I thought that I will never be able to turn to come on my face but keeping practice until I was able to turn from one side to the other. the exercise gave me great feeling of freedom in my body and my mind. highly appreciate your work.
