Naruto is famous for stirring up tears among its audience. It really knows how to bring out your emotions. The OSTs, voice acting, storytelling, characters… it is indeed truly remarkable. And as the characters grow up in Naruto Shippuden, the emotional impact deepens even further… Also dw, i think we all cried😭
If only it was actually that good, don’t get me wrong I love Naruto but most of the cast is wasted potential to the Naruto and Sasuke show. That’s not good writing when you have multiple characters with potential and simply discard them as if they don’t matter.
This chapter makes you empathize with him and it touches your heart, regarding some situations in life, most of us cry in this episode, those who have the talent and others who try so hard to achieve it 😢
The saddest part of it all is Lee dedicated his ENTIRE being into becoming a ninja. All day everyday training nonstop to prove himself to everyone only to have it ripped away in this fight. What is he to do now? Absolutely crushing.
His problem was that he over trained. Now if he only did 100 pushups, 100 squats, 100 situps, run 10km, no climate controls, and ate 3 meals per day he would be far more overpowering.

People underestimated the value of what Rock Lee have achieved here. Gaara is a jinchuuriki. He's far above the likes of Rock Lee realistically. Naruto has Kyuubi and Sasuke has Sharingan. But Rock Lee has nothing but his taijutsu. And yet he just drove Gaara into a corner and was extremely near to defeating him. A regular ninja with no ninjitsu and no genjutsu nearly defeating a jinchuuriki. And Might Guy uses those very techniques only his body is now far tougher. And he protected Rock Lee back there with nothing but First Gate. And it didn't cause any major backlash at all. Imagine Rock Lee reaching that level.
After seeing your reaction to this I would love to recommend the anime One Piece to you at some point in the future. I'm confident that you will fall in love with the characters, and shed tears over them just like you have here. Rock lee could have defeated anyone, Neji included. The strength and speed he had at that moment would have beaten anyone. Anyway you'll soon understand why he didn't defeat Gaara when you know a little more about Gaara. Personally Rock Lee was always one of my favorites since he was introduced, others you'll see have a more complex and extensive history, but Rock Lee has a special place because of his sheer determination
It's actually really hard to choose the top characters for this arc. Naruto is still my number one. Hinata at second. Shikamaru is third. Lee is definitely high up there. Gaara is amazing as well.
Everyone cries during these episodes. If a person has even the slightest bit of empathy, he will cry. Perfect storytelling, perfect fight. Thank you for your sincere reaction
Sadly naruto never healed sasuke on the bridge. Haku never hit him in a vital spot just in points that would induce a pseudo-death to get him out of the fight because haku could never bring himself to kill 😭
idk if anyone has told u or if you have spoke on this topic but the titles of episodes are super spoilery especially the further you get in the series, at a certain point i suggest you try and avoid reading episode titles as they can ruin a WHOLE episode
Naruto didn’t heal sasuke on the bridge haku spared sasuke on purpose by knocking him unconscious with his needles like he did to zabuza when he faked his death in episode 9 or 10 I believe.
Ye it’s more convincing now, but I feel like until this point he’s been holding back so I haven’t seen his true potential. But it was insane, how easy he did it
