My ex dressed well, stylishly without affectation. She is from Hawaii, had taken hula as a girl, and was very feminine. One thing I love to see women do is throw their heads back and laugh heartily, naturally and without thought. Women who are naturally feminine move like cats and are a joy to watch; it's poetry in motion. I have a cheap watch someone gifted me that looks like a sort-of expensive sterling silver watch, BUT…it has the Bat symbol on the face of it. I wear it sometimes because I like the look of it, and I gave up on trying to get women’s attention. So, I don’t have to worry about them rolling their eyes at a grown man wearing a Batman watch… Some woman at the counter at a gas station saw it and complemented me on it. That was a twist I didn’t see coming.

I purposely wear a baseball cap (forward) to be discrete and not draw attention. Oddly enough, I don't think I'm a hat-person and I find myself wearing a cap every time I'm out of the house. A watch shows that your time is important to you and that you need to be aware of it throughout your full and productive day. Also shows a woman you are usually aware and respectful of her time. The point I think is to stand out in a crowd when the person doesn't know anything about you. And yes looks matter the most when you don't know anything about the person until you get to know him or her. This includes body language, posture, mannerisms, and clothes.

Most of it is nonsense. The type of woman the guys in these videos want doesn't give a damn about your watch or want to see you in a backward hat. The hand on the back one applies to all woman, but they also neglect to mention that they can usually tell overall if you're one of us who do it out of being a gentleman and has a protective nature or those who are just trying to find an excuse to break the touch barrier. Being "handsome" has a lot more "variations" than men seem to think. If anything I think women have a far broader defintion of physical attractive for men, the, men do for women.
I remember this edgy comedy from about 20 years ago in which a drunken druggie chick who ended up in jail and was ordered by the judge to go back and finish high school. The girl picked up right where she left off, learning nothing, and the humor was very non-PC (Stephen Colbert played a gay teacher). Anyway one episode entailed competition between students and the best looking ones, who were clearly inferior in the tasks they did, kept winning the prizes.

This is exactly right. I've been married for a lot of years and was watching this with my wife. We both agreed the advice in the video is dangerous. It is also important to turn off the wrong kind of person, the superficial types, unless you're a psychopathic narcissist who wants a woman for one night. Then, by all means, learn all the microtraits that attract the opposite sex. Better advice, if you're playing for the long term, is to develop your character and potential in life. I'm really old fashioned so I can't think of anything "weird" that is attractive to me. I like when a woman is sweet, kind, and a little shy as opposed to "sassy". I like it when they feel the need to fix my collar or straighten my tie. As mentioned earlier by someone else, I love it when a woman is running with a ponytail and it is bouncing. Very feminine. I love it when they wear bright colors and clothes that look very soft but also relatively modest (not showing too much skin but enough to be interesting). Maybe this is weird: When they are wearing a neckless and they pull it up to their mouth and sort of toy with it in their mouth. I assume this draws my attention to their mouth. Oh, I do like when a woman is really passionate about talking about something and her facial expressions are very pronounced and emotional (in a positive way). That energy is very attractive to me. Pretty normal stuff I guess.
Yes old married guy here too. We all like different things. For me its intelligent women with Latin looks so its a bit specific but I found mine some 40 year ago and never looked back. I got here though because of my young adult sons trying to understand their world and the pressures they face.

As a military man, I would say the backwards baseball cap says you are in Special Operations building a trench. But a forward-facing baseball cap means you are a special operator on Mission. There is a Delta Force feel with a forward cap. It is also used to protect your identity. A backwards cap means you are not in combat.

No not exactly this is where most guys get tripped up because they are so used to dealing with gold diggers on this subject. A watch can genuinely look more masculine, if you can accept that a cheap hat can make you look more manly you can also accept that a cheap watch can do the same. To avoid being objectified just don't lead with your wealth always lead with your character. There's a reason billionaires dress like an average person, people judge the rich and they want people to be unassuming of them. Boys dress rich, Mark Zuckerberg & Elon Musk dress like an every day guy and they probably also have a watch on him that's no more than a few houndred bucks hidden in their sleeve.

The way my wife explained the lower back touch to me is that, when i would put my hand on her lower back it made her feel like i was guiding her. If i did it on her upper back it makes her feel like I'm rushing/pushing her. She did say that she loves it when i put my hands on her hips. Don't do that to a stranger though.

Things that women do: I knew a girl who had taken ballet for many years in her youth. Now in her late twenties, when she was waiting in line or otherwise bored, without thinking about it she would do these little toe stands and go in and out of a ballerina pose. It was a quirky little habit she had that was absolutely adorable!

I have good hair but I have a thing for wearing hats. I wear a hat almost every waking hour of the day, in fact I'm known for hats. And girls have told me the backwards hat is hot more times than I can count. But it has to be almost organic, like some dudes look great bald and some don't. Same with hats, same with many things. Ya gotta find what makes you comfortable, never dress to make someone else comfortable. Dress for your own comfort and confidence.

I can see the wristwatch being a complement to a man with strong wrists and large hands. I have slight wrists and slender hands, so I doubt that a wristwatch would look as good on me. Plus, I don't like any sort of jewelry on my body. A ring or a wristwatch annoy me so that I constantly mess with them, rotating them around on my finger or wrist. On the other hand, I do wear my long sleeves rolled up a bit and think my wrists and hands look good. As for smile lines, doesn't everyone have smile lines? I can see dimples looking good on men. Dimples also look good on girls. As for shuffling cards, I can see this being attractive to girls because it demonstrates manual dexterity, which reflects on the man's sexual skills since a lot of lovemaking has to do with the man caressing the woman. It also demonstrates the man's skills in other areas that include being able to fight to protect the girl and a general sense of competence and quiet self-confidence. When I was married, I cooked most of our meals. When I was in the kitchen chopping up onions or whatever and my wife saw me, she would inevitably get turned on and sexually molest me right there in the kitchen. I also noticed female students being more attracted to me when I was teaching economics. I would be constantly drawing graphs and moving the curves around with strong cutting motions of my hands with the chalk. When I taught in other disciplines, I did not notice as much attention along these lines. As for backward baseball caps when worn off the field of a baseball game by those who are not catchers or not some other practical purpose for having the cap on backwards, the caps make whoever is wearing them look like a crude idiot. Now in the summer here in Texas, I wear a wide brimmed Stetson. My long flowing blond hair comes out from under it. I get compliments all of the time from both women and men with people even calling out from their passing cars to me in approval and appreciation. So, perhaps men should generally return to wearing hats and caps more often.
If any of this applies to me- which I'm sure some of it does; I must be doing something right 😅 and I'm actually more of a hat 🧢 guy than watches ⌚ and in terms of what women wear; I think a long sleeve undershirt under a polo or collared shirt (short sleeve) is a esthetically pleasing to the 👁🗨 of men - especially if the women are wearing jean or khaki shorts and/or flip-flops or half boots...but that's just me anyway. I totally agree, that many young attractive desirable women, look sexy and hot with their hair tied up with scrunchies. That can make them look athletic and fit, like they go to the gym a lot. A textbook example of putting the cart before the horse. :) Let an unattractive guy try all of the mentioned things and you will be able to observe no reactions or "he is a creep" reactions by women. Let an attractive guy do all of the mentioned things and you will get positive reactions by women. But also that guy could do anything and it would be sexy for women. This is coming from a decently attractive guy that sometimes tries weird and goofy things around women to test their reactions. You would not believe what women "find attractive". Here are a few random ones: breathe inhale pause look into her eyes before saying anything and prolong the pause until she says anything; plainly saying no with a confident voice; switching gears in a manual transmission car; talking with one of her female friends but in a boderline flirty way; simply being non reactive; ignoring her while repairing something; veins on muscles... Always remember guys: there are things that women say they like and then there things that women react to.
And then there's me who gave up caring what women liked a long time ago. I just do me and if they like it, fine, and if they don't, fine. I have more to be interested in than what women like.

I think something could be said of ensuring you’re going after women who maybe aren’t 10s if you know you aren’t. There’s more to what makes you you and makes you great than the stereotypical crap. Agree with you on the backwards hat... When I, a man, sees a girl with one of these guys, I just laugh saying to myself: "Poor thing, she had to go with the Doofus bottom feeder!" Just google "backward's baseball hat images" and be prepared to laugh. The one I remember was a photo of a guy with his hat on backwards at the ball park holding a program above his eyes to block the sun from his eyes... I think the overarching common theme in the things they are saying are hot, is competency. Essentially showing that you are skilled in some way which exudes some amount of subconscious confidence.
I’ll be 37 next month and occasionally wear my black mesh SnapBack hat (not fitted) backwards, I would get a lot of compliments from women about it how it just “does it” for them. It takes a certain personality type to pull it off though I think. It’s the hat of choice for masculine, physically strong and conservative men in my opinion.

My ex dressed well, stylishly without affectation. She is from Hawaii, had taken hula as a girl, and was very feminine. I purposely wear a baseball cap (forward) to be discrete and not draw attention. Oddly enough, I don't think I'm a hat-person and I find myself wearing a cap every time I'm out of the house.

A watch shows that your time is important to you and that you need to be aware of it throughout your full and productive day. Also shows a woman you are usually aware and respectful of her time. I remember this edgy comedy from about 20 years ago in which a drunken druggie chick who ended up in jail and was ordered by the judge to go back and finish high school. The only place I put my cap on backward is at the gym. Don't find it working anywhere else. And putting a cap on at night or indoors is just weird.

Back in 1999, he bought (at a factory outlet, and they were all cheap because of the NBA lockout that season) a $10 ugly Kobe Bryant replica jersey, and jeans, and he could still pull it off. This is exactly right. I've been married for a lot of years and was watching this with my wife. We both agreed the advice in the video is dangerous. It is also important to turn off the wrong kind of person, the superficial types, unless you're a psychopathic narcissist who wants a woman for one night. Then, by all means, learn all the microtraits that attract the opposite sex. Better advice, if you're playing for the long term, is to develop your character and potential in life. Courtney, thank you for your videos. I enjoy them and I'm an old married guy trying to stay relevant for my wife's sake. I'm really old fashioned so I can't think of anything "weird" that is attractive to me. I like when a woman is sweet, kind, and a little shy as opposed to "sassy". I like it when they feel the need to fix my collar or straighten my tie. As mentioned earlier by someone else, I love it when a woman is running with a ponytail and it is bouncing. Very feminine. I love it when they wear bright colors and clothes that look very soft but also relatively modest (not showing too much skin but enough to be interesting). Maybe this is weird: When they are wearing a neckless and they pull it up to their mouth and sort of toy with it in their mouth. I assume this draws my attention to their mouth. Oh, I do like when a woman is really passionate about talking about something and her facial expressions are very pronounced and emotional (in a positive way). That energy is very attractive to me. Pretty normal stuff I guess.

No not exactly this is where most guys get tripped up because they are so used to dealing with gold diggers on this subject. A watch can genuinely look more masculine, if you can accept that a cheap hat can make you look more manly you can also accept that a cheap watch can do the same. To avoid being objectified just don't lead with your wealth always lead with your character. There's a reason billionaires dress like an average person, people judge the rich and they want people to be unassuming of them. Boys dress rich, Mark Zuckerberg & Elon Musk dress like an every day guy and they probably also have a watch on him that's no more than a few houndred bucks hidden in their sleeve.

The way my wife explained the lower back touch to me is that, when i would put my hand on her lower back it made her feel like i was guiding her. If i did it on her upper back it makes her feel like I'm rushing/pushing her. She did say that she loves it when i put my hands on her hips. Don't do that to a stranger though.

Things that women do: I knew a girl who had taken ballet for many years in her youth. Now in her late twenties, when she was waiting in line or otherwise bored, without thinking about it she would do these little toe stands and go in and out of a ballerina pose. It was a quirky little habit she had that was absolutely adorable!
These are great, even though I am married and not looking to attract anyone, but I still can try to make the Mrs. happy too I guess. BTW, I find women without makeup/push-up bras etc. most attractive. Athletic clothing is an added bonus (especially if they are actually fit).

I have good hair but I have a thing for wearing hats. I wear a hat almost every waking hour of the day, in fact I'm known for hats. And girls have told me the backwards hat is hot more times than I can count. But it has to be almost organic, like some dudes look great bald and some don't. Same with hats, same with many things. I can see the wristwatch being a complement to a man with strong wrists and large hands. I have slight wrists and slender hands, so I doubt that a wristwatch would look as good on me. Plus, I don't like any sort of jewelry on my body. A ring or a wristwatch annoy me so that I constantly mess with them, rotating them around on my finger or wrist. On the other hand, I do wear my long sleeves rolled up a bit and think my wrists and hands look good.
As for smile lines, doesn't everyone have smile lines? I can see dimples looking good on men. Dimples also look good on girls.
As for shuffling cards, I can see this being attractive to girls because it demonstrates manual dexterity, which reflects on the man's sexual skills since a lot of lovemaking has to do with the man caressing the woman. It also demonstrates the man's skills in other areas that include being able to fight to protect the girl and a general sense of competence and quiet self-confidence. When I was married, I cooked most of our meals. When I was in the kitchen chopping up onions or whatever and my wife saw me, she would inevitably get turned on and sexually molest me right there in the kitchen. I also noticed female students being more attracted to me when I was teaching economics. I would be constantly drawing graphs and moving the curves around with strong cutting motions of my hands with the chalk. When I taught in other disciplines, I did not notice as much attention along these lines.
As for backward baseball caps when worn off the field of a baseball game by those who are not catchers or not some other practical purpose for having the cap on backwards, the caps make whoever is wearing them look like a crude idiot. Now in the summer here in Texas, I wear a wide brimmed Stetson. My long flowing blond hair comes out from under it. I get compliments all of the time from both women and men with people even calling out from their passing cars to me in approval and appreciation. So, perhaps men should generally return to wearing hats and caps more often.

If any of this applies to me- which I'm sure some of it does; I must be doing something right 😅 and I'm actually more of a hat 🧢 guy than watches ⌚ and in terms of what women wear; I think a long sleeve undershirt under a polo or collared shirt (short sleeve) is a esthetically pleasing to the 👁🗨 of men - especially if the women are wearing jean or khaki shorts and/or flip-flops or half boots...but that's just me anyway. Blonde hair is a big plus for me too ;) and potentially glasses 👓 😅
Forwards baseball cap: You're a man of focus, drive, determination, career goals.

1) Blushing. Modesty is so attractive
2) A stifled laugh. A good sense of humor and self-control
3) Saying thank you. A little bit of appreciation goes a long way

I’m 59 and I have a full head of hair. I therefore refrain from wearing hats unless I am in the sun a lot ( my dad and brother have both had bouts of skin cancer). Why cover up one of my remaining positive traits?

I totally agree, that many young attractive desirable women, look sexy and hot with their hair tied up with scrunchies. That can make them look athletic and fit, like they go to the gym a lot. The snort, I respectfully disagree with . Nothing that likens a woman to a pig, is attractive. BUT, I have my own unusual things that I find attractive, so all is good. (with me, I love seeing a desirable woman "sniffle, as if to simulate crying," when I don't initially agree to her way)

This is coming from a decently attractive guy that sometimes tries weird and goofy things around women to test their reactions. You would not believe what women "find attractive".
Here are a few random ones: breathe inhale pause look into her eyes before saying anything and prolong the pause until she says anything; plainly saying no with a confident voice; switching gears in a manual transmission car; talking with one of her female friends but in a boderline flirty way; simply being non reactive; ignoring her while repairing something; veins on muscles...
Always remember guys: there are things that women say they like and then there things that women react to.
And then there's me who gave up caring what women liked a long time ago. I just do me and if they like it, fine, and if they don't, fine. I have more to be interested in than what women like.

These might seem strange to some people. Whats stranger is doing or having all this and NOT being tall, handsome, with the appearance of wealth and status. Then expecting any of this to make a woman think you are sexy.
I think something could be said of ensuring you’re going after women who maybe aren’t 10s if you know you aren’t. There’s more to what makes you you and makes you great than the stereotypical crap. Lean into those things. There are a LOT of people paired up who aren’t tall, handsome, and wealthy, so those can’t be the only qualifiers.

It can happen, and anytime can do it, with or without marriage and with or without someone more conventionally attractive than their partner.
I’ve known plenty of people who were betrayed by someone less attractive than them, so that has little to do with it. So does gender. Statistically speaking, more men cheat and more men’s infidelity lead to divorce. I’m not placing blame, just stating a stat. It’s Not a thing that’s “all men” or “all women.”

Agree with you on the backwards hat... When I, a man, sees a girl with one of these guys, I just laugh saying to myself: "Poor thing, she had to go with the Doofus bottom feeder!" Just google "backward's baseball hat images" and be prepared to laugh. The one I remember was a photo of a guy with his hat on backwards at the ball park holding a program above his eyes to block the sun from his eyes... That one image alone tells you all you need to know about these sorts of guys. I never wear hats other than a winter knit hat and even then it would need to be real cold. When my hair started thinning in my late thirties, at that point since I cut my hair real short and I love it as who looks better in a rainstorm with no umbrella, people with long hair or the guy who pays no attention to the downpour and just runs his hand across the top of his head to to wipe the water off?

I’ll be 37 next month and occasionally wear my black mesh SnapBack hat (not fitted) backwards, I would get a lot of compliments from women about it how it just “does it” for them. It takes a certain personality type to pull it off though I think. It’s the hat of choice for masculine, physically strong and conservative men in my opinion.

Every man: None. None of them got me compliments. I have never had an unsolicited compliment.
For real, women think men get compliments because they get compliments.
Backwards cap works if you have the right outfit to go with it. Forwards peak is for beta guys trying to be "cool" but comes across as just a bit anally retentive....unless you are an actual baseball player, wearing the baseball player uniform.
The thing about baseball caps, is all about level of maturity, typically mature women don't like them because it's childish, the women that do like them are just immature.
