Hi!! For the Marceline sweater, the little steps that I wrote throughout that section is basically what i did for the sweater to come out correctly -- if that makes sense? Also here is a link to the cat grid! www.pinterest.com/ikoxun/c-r-o-c-h-e-t-k-n-i-t/my-crochet-3/

Wow, you are too beautiful whomever see you shall believe that God is real, and whenever I see you I am always in a dream, and when we wake up we all will realize that all this life was nothing but a dream and that only God is whats true and real.
I dont know how can atheists believe that such a very sexy attractive beauty queen like you came from monkeys hahaha
      😄
There was a teacher whom didn't believe in the existence of God, He said to his students do you see God?,
the students replied no we don't see God, so the teacher said if you don't see God it means there is no God,
then a smart student stood up and said to the other students hey guys do you see the teachers brain?,
then the students replied no we don't see the teachers brain, the student then said then the teacher is crazy he got no brain :0)
عن الإمام علي "عليه السلام": عَجِبتُ لمن شك في الله، وهو يرى خلق الله
Imam Ali, peace be upon him, said: I cant understand how a man-man/women-can doubt in the existence of God-/Allah-although he sees His creation.
وعن الإمام علي "عليه السلام": عَجِبتُ لمن أنكر النشأة الأخرى، وهو يرى النشأة الأولى
Imam Ali, peace be upon him, said: I cant understand how any one denies the second life although he/she seen the first life-this life is actually a living proof of both the existence of its creator, as well as a clear proof that indicates that another life in heaven or hell may also be a very possible chance as well-.
وعن الإمام علي "عليه السلام": عَجِبتُ لعامر دار الفناء، وتارك دار البقاء Imam Ali, peace be upon him, said: I cant understand how any one inhabits this transient abode-and is
so indulged in it-but ignores the everlasting hereafter abode,
one God for all of us, all the universe shows unity with diversity, there are different things different creatures and different materials but are all made of particles and atoms
Even if we will assume that there will not be an atom left of you after death, you still have proven as a created being that there is a Creator, you proved the existence of God even if you do not believe in God.
God initiated everything, and he redo too, and it is evident.
this life is temporary while the next is forever eternal either in paradise or burning in Hell fire
good qualities are beneficial, and bad qualities are harmful
So be good & do more good always for God sake and refrain from doing any evil or sin and worship only God alone who got no mother no father no son and is one not two nor three nor more always remember him and be mindful of him and worship him in the way he wants.
One of the best good deeds a person can ever do is teaching people useful things or a useful skill 🙂
or caring for another person an elderly parent a wife/husband or a child or an ill person, or protecting an innocent person,
Also spreading this message and not letting it stop with you. ,

By the way, for the Coraline gloves when you were wanting the colour change, try doing ribbing with front and back post double crochet, then you can colour change easily 😉 great work otherwise! Awesome projects 👍

For the cat sweater, I suggest creating the cat design/shape separately (so it will look as you want it to) and then slip stitch (or regular stitch) it onto the front of the sweater following the cat head's outline.
For the cat head, I would crochet the head's outline and eyes separately and then use a regular stitch (using thicker yarn) to create the mouth and fangs. The eyes can be created and stitched to the head shape fairly easily, I think. Yes, the cat head design will stick up (i.e. it won't be on the same plain as the front of the sweater), but it would be easier to create and will give you a cleaner outline.
The only other option I can think of was to embroider the cat head onto the sweater. There are a lot of cool knit mending or regular mending/embroidery techniques that might work.

The fact that you made several large garments and peices for a single video 🫢🫢🫢🫢 your effort does not go in vein cause this content is 10/10. Edit: I relate so much to the granny square bit, they can be so monotonous and BORING but I keep doing projects with them cause they’re so cute. Just finished a matching cardigan and purse with them!

  • @krisares6396

The Tanjiro Haori sweater was cute. Last year I actually sewed one, actually his entire outfit for my kid for Halloween. That was a chore and a half. Let me tell you. I crochet also, and I think you crocheting the squares took as long as me cutting and sewing them all!

  • @hourglas39
    @hourglas39 2 місяці тому +1

The blanket came out gorgeous regardless of the different color, whites and creams and off-white colors that you use for the base of the granny squares. That blanket is gorgeous girlfriend. I would give it 10 stars for sure and the fact that the flowers move make it look even more cuter.
The green and black cardigan very cute. Very nice. It looks super comfortable now. What you can do is just do a small seam, a single crochet around your shoulders and neck area that will bring it in. You might have to add maybe two rows to bring it in some so it doesn't slide off when you wear it. Other than that, I would definitely give that sweater 10 stars as well. Good job! Loving this series new viewer!

For the crochet sweater trust me I’ve learned for any yarn made garment make it smaller not larger then you assume you need bc yarn grows! It will turn out best when you don’t aim for over sized bc aiming for a normal size for you will stretch and become baggy. Also I’d suggest making the body less wide so your shoulders sit in the shoulder more. The ballon sleeve is actually amazing but just needs to be sized down. For the cat graphgan one other method you can try is just keeping the yarn attached but not having it in the live stitches…since no one will see the inside you can just let the non main color hang till you need it and then pick it up creating a small “float” inside (this is what it’s called in knitting not sure crochet has a word for it myself but I say floats) and later you can leave them (it will just be a piece of string not too tight or to loose traveling from the last stitch to the next on the inside, you may have seen this done mainly on gloves or socks inside) …bc no one sees them it’s fine to leave or u can cut them and weave them in if it bothers u but it saves you the hassle while working of dealing with that. Hope it helps!

    @littl3d0ll68 2 роки тому +9

34:51 I suggest either doing double crochets instead of half doubles for your future sweaters so it doesn’t look so stripey, or working vertically instead or horizontal so the half double crochet gives off a more knitted vibe. So instead of starting from the bottom and working up, you start from the left or right and work your way to the other side. Crocheting vertically works best when you’re using just squares/rectangles to make the sweater(though there’s probably a way to make it more shapely), and for when you don’t want to knit a sweater or don’t know how to but still want a less crochet-like look.

I have such long list of anime inspired projects I will get to someday, so congrats on finishing 4! I'm in the middle of working on cardigan version of the jacket that howl wears at the beginning on the movie. I was so close to done and then I realized the fit was just way off. The yarn I'm using is just thicker than the yarn the pattern maker was using even though they're technically the same weight. Currently focusing my energy into a blanket commission for a friend and little makes for a craft fair I'm participating at in November, but I will finish it eventually!

Hi, I found your channel today and am loving it. I love how you explain how you design it also. I rarely follow a pattern of any kind exactly.
I understand what you mean about the look of crochet. I also get why you try Tunisian crochet. Should you want to try this sweater again, but Tunisian style, try using a hook 1 to 2 sizes larger than what the yarn normally calls for. I don't understand why it works that way, but the fabric is less dense and didn't curl as bad. It made a huge difference in the looks when I found this out.

I love your video and I've been sharing it with other crochet fanatics! I personally love the half double crochet stitch and I default to it for most "big" projects, mainly because it works up quickly and does not leave as big a gap as double or triple crochet. The downside is that there's still a hole, which is irritating when I'm trying to convince people that a crocheted sweater can be just as beautiful as a knitted sweater. That being said you can compensate a bit by going for (no offense!) higher quality yarn than Impeccable. When I crocheted a sweater for my daughter I wanted something with drape, heft, and preferably wool. I ended up using Viento from Plymouth Yarns and it was exactly what I envisioned! The bulky chainette yarn expanded to fill in the HDC holes and it's a bamboo/alpaca blend that wasn't stiff. I was terrified of ending up with those shapeless crochet squares from the sixties that counted as sweaters.
The downsides can't be discounted though: using a bulky yarn as a worsted will drive prices straight up and since I was making it as a present I couldn't measure the arms and they are too long. Overall, though, I'm happy I did it again after vowing to never crochet clothes ever again.
Looking forward to your other videos!

I actually made my own Tanjiro Cardigan too! I think my squares were bigger than yours, and I did a 5x7 back, with 4x4 sleeves and 2x7 front panels, I did not think it would end up being so big 😂. A couple of your videos were really helpful when I was making it, and now I am going to make a nezuko one for my younger sister so we can match.

For the Coraline gloves to use that weight yarn I’d suggest doing mittens not gloves and it would of worked and you could have made them removable mitten covers with like a button and had the fingerless part under that so they are more useful, or you can use lighter yarn like fingering or sport and you’d be able to make fingers that are not too chunky. However I’m impressed how much of this you do out of your head! Wonderful!

to alternate colors in crochet ribbing you can try instead of doing say 20 rows of 5 stitches back loop, do 5 rows of 20 stitches (or however many stitches you need for it to properly fit your wrist) in the round alternating front and back loop and changing color every row. It makes it a lot simpler and imo looks better :)
