just a tip for the checkered vest! when changing from one color to another, the last loop and pull through of the last stitch in black, use the white and then start the white row! and vice versa! that way you don't get a random dot of black/white in the opposite color!

Yes! Always pull the last loop with the new color. Makes it completely hidden.

I crochet AND knit too. I'm 71 been knitting and crocheting since granny taught me as a young tyke. I also loved the snoods that Enid made for Wednesday and herself. ANd, like you, I went back to the movie to see more details. Yes, I've heard of snoods. They also wear snoods in the classic movie GONE WITH THE WIND. This is an Outstanding and unique video - fantabulous job. Can't say how much I love this video - everything about it is great starting with the Wednesday opening and pattern design and animation. Even the ad was fun. 🙂 tfs!

I want to tell you about a method called “magic loop.” You use circular needles with a long cord to make smaller items in the round. You pull out the “extra” cord on the sides and it allows you to make small, round things without using small circular needles. I’m sure you can find a ton of tutorials on UA-cam for it too. 😊

I always get excited when I see crocheted items in movies and TV shows. It would be so cool to have something I made be used on screen.

Not sure if you got similar comments from others already, but you can use a technique called magic loop to use needles with long chords and knit smaller amounts of stitches (verypinkknits is a wonderful source for learning different knitting techniques)

Oh! The leg warmers look like a twisted rib. I actually just learned about this because I too didn’t understand how the ribbing was so spaced… hope this helps!!

it's kind of cute how one leg warmer is longer than the other. the asymmetry was cute on
If you need shorter circular needles they make ones specifically for socks that are usually only 9 inch, or look into the "magic loop" method where you pull the cord connecting the needles partially out in between the sides (I cant explain it well, but its how to knit smaller projects on larger circulars)

Love this so much! ❤ going to make the knit vest too! For leg warmers,hats and other smaller stuf I knit with magic loop! I think it’s easier than a small needle cord and gives more wiggle room in size. Looking forward to watch all your videos, thank you❤

I don't know if someone else has mentioned this, but if your circular needles are too long you can use the "magic loop" (just look for it on UA-cam) to make the knitting easier. these are all so good 🖤

I use to crochet on and off for years mostly making scarves, hats and blankets but seeing you pull out the yarn so you could fix your mistake just gave me flashbacks lol I just to get so far and then have to pull it out.

i love this! the one crochet piece from wednesday that i've latched on to (and it seems literally no one else has) is the cardigan/vest the shopkeeper at uriah's heap is wearing. it's so gorgeous and i feel like it doesn't get enough love! which is understantable since it's in frame for all of like 30 seconds total, lol. great video!
