How to Clean the Carter Slide Mug

- - Cleaning your Carter Slide Mug lid will keep it good as new and ensure you always have excellent-tasting coffee with every brew! We recommend the following cleaning procedures:
- Please hand wash both Carter and Slide lid with warm water and dish soap - please use a soft sponge to ensure you don't scratch any surfaces
- Let air dry or towel dry thoroughly
Once a week, disassemble the Slide lid and wash thoroughly (note: you may want to clean more thoroughly if you put milk in your coffee!)
- Cafiza is commonly used to remove coffee oils and can be used on both Carter and Slide lid

I wish I had watched this before ordering a couple of these. I like low maintenance and this looks like the highest maintenance coffee cup, ever.
It is easy to do andI think you don't need to do it if you drink coffee without milk or you wash your mug immediately after drink I think you need to do it if milk drink coffee stayed in mug for too long without washing

Thanks for the vid, but I guess using a light colored part would be more convenient for an instruction vid. I can't really see what's happening when everything is black.

These are great. I purchased the slide lock lid for my wife and got jealous of how awesome it was and bought myself one.
When it springs a leak, how do we diagnose to see where it's coming from? I dismantled the lid for cleaning and everything looks fine, but it still leaks. Any advice?

The advice is to throw it out. You can't fix the lid. A plastic part has worn down or chipped.
I’ve got one after a week my coffee doesn’t flow as it is
so is this sealed tight or same as the 360 sip lid?
Yes, there's a full seal around the lid and you'll need to slide the top of the lid up to drink.
Can you please make a similar video to cleaning the Atmos lid?? 😇🤞

The Bible presents a clear path to eternal life. We must recognize that we have sinned against God: "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God" (Romans 3:23). We’ve all done things that are displeasing to God, which makes us deserving of punishment. All our sins are ultimately against an eternal God, only an eternal punishment is sufficient. "The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord" (Romans 6:23).
However, Jesus Christ, the sinless (1 Peter 2:22), eternal Begotten Son of God became a Man (John 1:1,14) and died to pay our penalty. Jesus Christ was born of a virgin. "God demonstrates His love for us in this: while we were still sinners, Christ died for us" (Romans 5:8). Jesus Christ died on the cross (John 19:31-42), taking the punishment that we deserve (2 Corinthians 5:21). Three days later Jesus Christ rose from the dead just as He predicted He would (1 Corinthians 15:1-4), proving His victory over sin and death. "In His great mercy He has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead" (1 Peter 1:3).
His Righteousness is imputed onto us, once we get saved. Bless His Holy Name.
By faith, we must change our mindset regarding Christ - who He is, what He did, and why - for salvation (Acts 3:19). If we place our faith in Him, trusting His death on the cross to pay for our sins, we will be forgiven and receive the promise of eternal life in Heaven. We must repent and believe the Gospel. "For God so loved the world that He gave His One and Only Son so that anyone who believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life" (John 3:16). "If you confess with your mouth, 'Jesus is Lord,' and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved" (Romans 10:9). Faith alone in the finished work of Christ on the cross is the only true path to eternal life! "For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith - and this not of yourselves, it is the gift of God - not by works, so that no one can boast" (Ephesians 2:8-9). Jesus Christ is who He claimed to be. God. God is Triune in Nature. Trinity.

That is alot of parts for a lid. Should of kept the old lid with the spill guard
Please slow this video down, you skip over parts quickly and it is hard to follow while trying to do it real time. And maybe in future videos use light coloured mugs with better close ups on the parts so that we can see them more easily

Oh, please. This is ridiculous. All that, for what?! Why not just get a mug with a flip-top lid like everybody else makes. This intricately complicated plastic is going to break soon, anyway.

Horrible design. Why would you make it so complicated? I am going to throw my lid away and get a different one.
Please focus on making a useful video instead of a pretty one for instructional videos like this. It moves extremely fast that I can't read a slide without pausing.
