@@lambooji2011 That's how people often make a mistake. Even those who can afford to buy a property , will buy a house but not live in it, most of them still live in rent even though they own a house. Not 100% sure the whole "progressive" shift is good for Bengaluru. The city is losing a lot of its garden city vibes amidst the development. Wouldn't count this to be sustainable in the next 10-15 years down the line!
Exactly this so called cosmopolitan thinking is flawed as shown by the lady here. She being a localite and thinks migrants r progressive and localites need to catch up. She is clearly unaware of history of Karnataka and how this region has always been a relatively far more developed than other regions even pre independence. Such people are the reason the local native culture and languages are in threat. Bet she wouldn't even talk or teach basic Kannada to her husband in the name of progressive thinking but would accept his hindi/Urdu in the name of friendly nature. Infrastructure wise Bengaluru is as bad as any part of Indian or major cities. This western way of development is simply not sustainable in long term.
They seem genuine liberal and progressive people. But many outsiders dont respect local cultures and customs. The so-called "progressive mantras" are prescribed to locals which they themselves dont practice in their native places, though there may be few exceptions. Many "locals" are crypto-locals as well.

It was an individual house and the entire stretch(cant remember the Cross name/num) had like 20 houses. We were the only tenants rest were all owners staying from last few generations. So that was my reference point & JP Nagar I thought was one of the older areas
The star of the whole show is the puppy who decided about half-way through the segment to protect her house and her pawrents.

In hyderabad this kind of apartment will have rent from 1lac to 1.3 lacs at least. This couple is very lucky to have such apartment for the kind of rent they are paying.
What, I thought rent in Hyderabad is cheaper than Bangalore.
Nothing is cheaper in Hyderabad. Services are poor and everything is expensive compared to other bigger cities.
Hyderabad is where real rich live 😂😂 not on VC money ...
A local Bengalurean paying 60K rent and calling it lower is just too much to take in
You know it's an Indian household if you have dishwasher that you don't use 😄
and u use it as a storage :)
Caption should also be on " migrants also increased land value of locals "
Lovely couple 😊 God bless them 💖🙏
The captions are sooo true
Lovely couple and house ❤️. Namma Bengaluruean Chaitra!
Actually the problem with Bangalore is low connectivity delhi NCR metro infrastructure is very good people can travel from greater noida to Gurgoan easily plus delhi ncr have lot of land don’t know why companies are choosing Bangalore as there office locations
Yes please promote it more.. attract all the people in South to Delhi and keep them there.. dont let them any where near madhyapradesh so that we live in peace.... even if they visit let it not more than 3 days.. like athithi tum jaoge

It's because of people(mannerless, arrogant, uncultured)
As per madam in the video, wearing "Chaddi" publicly, weekly wining is "Forward-thinking". While our Mangalyan/chandrayan-3-ISRO scientists women with mangal sutra, bindi, saree are barbaric conservative people are "Not going forward anywhere" ?? Shes giving wrong picture about Bangalore. In many societies in sarjapur, bellandur, marathahalli, we had these chaddi-bachelors regularly creating loud noise on weekends making difficult for other families. From society we Police complained & booked them "Under noise pollution" and "public nuisance". Local police are generally traditional, old-school conservative, scolded & further booked bachelor guys + staying with girl under various unpleaseant sections and after which they were VACATED from society. Inside homes People can LIVE as they please, but in public place where kids, families are there they should behave & dress decently !!!
@@rajivenu2036 Well said, its not about her clothes here but the mentality. She is from Karnataka and that too traditional Malleswaram family as she said and she thinks its conservative and locals there are not "liberal" according to her delusional standards.
No wonder such people are easily brainwashed by western media that aping anything from west is cool and progressive whereas everything from our own native culture and language is not cool to be associated with.
British can still come back and rule us now with such people around.
you seem to be the delusional one here. Bengaluru locals are definitely quite conservative compared to the migrants moving there.@@abhishekchandrappa5384
No water most of places, some years back saw video where people will buy water, air everything in future and it started here. Whether people live in rent or EMI or what they earn will be forever middle class because of cost of living, soon going to be 2nd Mumbai.
Mumbai is much better it has drinkable water
Depends on area. E-city the rent is max 30k.
Husband married her so he can stay rent free, she bought him out😂😂😂😂
The anchor directly walked with the same shoe from road to inside the house 😅 how are you guys fine with it 😂
It's a clean place. They keep their hygiene in place.
Crazy rent…60k is at lower side?
hahaha
Do you stay in US? One of my relative who stays there can't imagine people paying 70k for 3bhk in bangalore (people are even paying 90k now)
@@surfingguru5360😂😂😂 they are foolish people who will waste their 50% of income on rent alone. That is why middle class corporate employees will remain poor despite the high income
Well one reason my friend are moving to Hyderabad or pune as cost of 3bhk flat 2Cr in Bangalore Hyderabad you can get same for 1.3 Cr
And also Hyderabad and Pune are much better cities compared to Bangalore
No, in hyd its common 3bhk 1.8cr nowadays. Gone good days of hyd. Hyd became too expensive for locals
Beautiful property, value for money 👍🏻
I am a landlord in HAL. Thanks for the video.
Once you come out of this apartment complex it's like hell with too much crowd
They can use the monthly rent of Rs-60000 to pay house loan of Rs-65 lakhs at 9.55% for 20 years. Start investing, renting is only temporary. This couple can easily buy 1 crore apartment with some downpayment. They are wasting that oppertunity in their working age.
This house easily costs at least 2.5cr to buy

Traffic in Blore can be hell in many parts of Blore. Most roads are narrow & traffic signals lack. Blore is flush wt 2 wheelers & these just move into gaps between vehicles causing worse traffic congestion.
Same story across all major cities. Have seen even more horror jams in Delhi and Mumbai
@@abhishekchandrappa5384 Delhi still has many wide roads . Plus a well connected metro system. Same for Mumbai , which also has local trains for commute . B'lore has an overload of people, construction & vehicles without proper roads & infrastructure to support these. Even metro network is limited .
Good you are moving out😂.
@@aosaeanor Bengaluru metro is just around 12-15 years and yes it's not fully complete.
Whereas delhi had it from close to 20 years.
The roads in Bengaluru are filled with huge trees and here we don't usually broaden roads by cutting trees.
That's why Bengaluru is known as garden city and still has the best weather.
But anyways inspite of narrow roads and traffic companies prefer Bengaluru over NCR and other cities.
Its also about the social environment and local environment which is not there in other cities particular BC MC NCR.
@@abhishekchandrappa5384 what is wrong with you dude? People like you are the reason for hate. He is talking about problems in Bangalore and you are taking it personally, these are facts. Meanwhile Owner: 1L minimum on renewal 😂
Lovely couple ❤
😂😂😂😂
Absolutely. There is no need to hike up the price.
The content is good. I think 60k is good but nowadays few landlords are asking even 80k for 3bhk. Those who have money they can afford but those who don't have that much of money. i think there should be imposed some rule.
The rent seems to be higher now. Any ideas how much it costs to rent/buy a similar flat in this complex or nearby gated communities
Beautiful ❤
Bengaluru's manageable traffic? Is this in Hosur?
The Once beautiful City of Bangalore almost unliveable now - with horrible Traffic Jams, Roads with craters and in shambles.. the only saving grace still being the weather - which is also deteriorating due to pollution 😢😢😢!!!!!
If the infrastructure is bettered in manunplaces honestly Bangalore will be the best out of all cities!
Mainly coz people is sooo mixed here... its from all parts of india which is best.
Weather is great and people are great.. rents and spaces are much better than Mumbai even though it did sky rocket last year.
The dog seems so very attached to its owner 🥺🥲.

60k rent ?? You could have bought it with same EMI !!!
EMI would be 1L+ . House cost would easily be 1.3-1.5cr+, that's one of the primary reasons people prefer renting until they are sure of where to settle.
Mantri Flora 3BHK apartments are listed for resale for around Rs. 1.3 to 1.5 crores. Even when they launched the project back in 2006, they were quoting Rs. 60 to Rs. 70 lakhs for 3BHK.

Bangalore has the highest rents in India...The nexus between brokers & builders lobby is exploiting very effectively...Most of the people don't bath daily due to severe water shortage... Moreover traffic jams are very horrible
Such a cute couple tho!
Bengaluru weather, it’s native culture, it’s welcoming nature to outsiders made Bengaluru a better place for outsiders.
It’s good to learn the language of land Kannada and it’s culture by outsiders.
bullshit.
Title is misleading - The fact is locals made it San Francisco and hence people migrated. There are different types of native or locals in any city. Locals need not mean traditional sub groups. SM Krishna put ring roads, Narayan Murthy brought IT, and a lot of mnc employees were modern locals at that time. It's later PPL started migrating because they can find good jobs. Nobody migrates to an underdeveloped city and remake it. Use your common sense before taking credit for someone else's hardwork.
She is Malleshwaram Bangalore ❤ same
Bangalore is closer to Mexico city than San Francisco..
Manager and Techie does not belong in same line
Delhi's weather(Summer tbp) must be the worst in whole india
San Francisco with potholes, corruption and poor connectivity 😢

It is through social media I have come to understand the hostility (sometimes bordering on hatred ) that South Indians have towards people from the North. Everyday I read something anti- North Indians. Whatever the reasons I wonder how can we be loyal to a country if we dislike most of its citizens.
As a south Indian, my experience has been pretty bad during my years in Delhi. Also, north Indians treat people from the North East poorly. Girls from NE are called chinkis and cat calling is a norm in the North. So, northies shouldn't really e complaining about southies.

This is hardly the picture for 99.9% of Indians. They could be spending about 1-1.2L a month. Also since none of us here know these people, can't really comment on other aspects of their life and their finances. Overall, they are living a peaceful life from the looks of it.
