This is actually a sustainable house in terms of the space utilization, many architects struggle to fit in classy house on a small plot, appreciate the efforts to fit in this kind of house in 30x60 plot size, astounding! Cheers!
The success of this project is due to the fact that it doesn't look like a small plot. Looks airy and spacious, very clever design incorporating the copious light and greenery from the surrounding eucalyptus plantation. Love the furniture, colour schemes and the styling of the house. Super classy, minimalistic and chic at the same time. The brick cladding on the highlight wall along with the solid wooden furniture is a quintessential match made in heaven. Very smart architect and very lucky owners. Wishing them all happiness in this lovely abode. What would be the all inclusive cost ( land + design+ build+ furniture) is it doable within 2 crores or am I being too unrealistic 😂
Mostly the land itself will cost you min 3Cr. And for the construction, it can cost you close to 1.5 to 2Cr (with interiors and furniture) shown in the above video. So a total of 4.5 to 5 Cr.
Scientific problem. Such a big eucalyptus plantation will dry out a massive chunk of region near them. Eucalyptus sucks the water out of the ground like it's nothing. Not only the people living in this area will have to deal with lack of ground water issues but also issues of soil nutrient breakdown and ground weakening. Hard Remedy: Remove these eucalyptus trees(sad part) and replace them with other trees that can provide better environmental control and water retention within the soil. Short term remedies will resolve long term devastating issues. Other than that the house looks good but it is in no way "small" for most of us folks.
@@anubhawchoudhary4750 Think long term brother. Fresh water scarcity is rapidly increasing all over the world. India too is facing this crisis in many states. Not at the level that would worry generations now. But think 40-50 years ahead or maybe a whole century ahead. If things go right then it's all good. If not then plantation techniques need to evolve now. Hopefully we are able to save soil by that time. Some eucalyptus okay. A whole lot will be a problem. Good soil + good groundwater levels will be great for all.
I had called this architect office. They told they accept only projects more than 3000 sqft. You should prove your talent in small size plots just like what you have done here.
House beautifully done no doubts the concern is how many more years the eucalyptus plantation would be present and what's about safety with only glass doors behind
After getting slammed repeatedly by viewers....buildofy have now started to term 1800 sq ft houses as big 😂🤣. Earlier it was small and cosy 2000 sq ft house, budget 1800 sq ft house 😂🤣
Social media comments will teach you how to pin point faults and miss out appreciating good things. Your comment is one of those comments. This is such a beautiful idea that is presented and lot of hard work must have been put in but ignoring all that you are more concerned about political correctness.
The interiors look fab👌, elegant n minimal. Ample of natural light coming in and use of budget material enhances it's simplicity. My only doubt is that the complete glass frame on the ground floor, doesn't it compromises with security n privacy??
I observed most of the house designs you post have a lot of stairs , not good for old people. If the owner's parents visit they will be troubled by moving up down for bedroom , kitchen, garden all day.
Beautiful minimalistic design. My only concern is that, what if in the future some apartment or house comes up in the place of the Eucalyptus plantation ?
The house looks great! But am I the only one who kinda got confused on how the proportions of the house are? Like I know the kitchen is on the second floor, but then where is the kids room?
Nice industrial design. The choice of neutral colour is very good. If they had used wood , it would have added luxurious feel and elevated living experience. Koi pond would add to the beauty of the lush green garden. It is unclear whether the decision not to use wood is conscious design choice or due to budget constraints. Lift is must , well they do have space to consider is future. Overall , well designed house

The design makes good use of the greenery on the back. Would that space always remain so ? Any chance of another building popping up there would completely impact our design philosophy
Just imagine the effort to clean those high glass in the living room , if not cleaned every week then the whole house will look dirty . Maintenance will be a high task and expensive one .
The big wide opening on the right side of the house.. what happens when it rains or its windy.. how do you close it and prevent water/dust from coming inside the house ?
Superb..One small question..did you put brick wall after ceiling concrete or before? if before, how did you prevent the concrete spillage on the bricks?
Everything is good about the house.... I just didnt understand one thing. Why does the lady stay on terrace and the guy on the Ground or the first floor ??
How on earth people do dusting on double height ceiling rooms?? Isn't the power consumption for AC too much for these kind of rooms?? In hot country like ours, why do we need that?

finally an expensive indian house that is not too shiny like a showroom and rather warm-cozy-livable. Loved it ❤
One of the best houses I've seen. Beautifully used the space to create openness.
Optimum utilization of 60' × 30' plot size is really noteworthy! Hatt's off to the efforts! Keep it up!

I don't think this part of Bengaluru would be dependent on ground water anyway.

How much budget should one have to build a house like this💫

Delightful design and aesthetics. But the sliding french windows and jali cutout seem to be too risky from the security point of view.
I'm concerned about the safety and security of this space.
The house looks good but the front elevation with that brick design is just not working.
Does this site honor setback rules on the side boundaries for building a house? I see no gap on the sides. Is that allowed in Bangalore?
What is the need for brick jali work. Feels claustrophobic

Architecture is great for Bangalore where AC is not required. In Delhi , it will not work 😢. Loft living and double height doesn't support AC

How on earth people do dusting on double height ceiling rooms?? Isn't the power consumption for AC too much for these kind of rooms?? In hot country like ours, why do we need that?
Double height ceiling gives more. Space for air flow.
