For those students that endorsed those letters I would say that ALL student loans and aid are withdrawn. And if the the college does NOT condemn and refuse to support said letters and statements then their tax exception, research grants, aid, gov programs, are audited and withdrawn along with their certifications.

Fist Amendment does allow Freedom of Speech, however, all speech is not protected under the First Amendment. Defamation or true threats is not. Speech inciting illegal actions or soliciting to commit crimes is not protected under the First Amendment. Freedom of Expression may be restricted only if it causes direct and imminent harm to others. The speech of violence of these students has already caused imminent harm to a student. The violent rhetoric being recited is stirring violence.
