Mixed Vegetable Sabzi is healthy & tasty vegetable recipe made from various nutritious veggies with tempting spices. This tasty mix of vegetables is a delightful & perfect main course option to have with roti during lunch/dinner or be taken in tiffin!
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp Groundnut Oil
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 Onion (sliced)
- 1 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
- Salt
- 1 Tomato (diced)
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Seeds Powder (roasted)
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1 cup Assorted Vegetables
- 1/4 cup Cottage Cheese (cut into cubes)
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder

Hi Chef that looks amazing. I like your calm aura. That makes it easier to take in the information. One comment I would like to add. I have seen heaps of cooking videos but lot of folks use non stick teflon coated pans and plastic spatula. Non stick is know to be carcinogenic. You can read up on it too. As you inspire folks hope you can spread the word. Great recepie. Thanks

you like it light so your using oil. I don't even use a drop of oil in food to make it "ultra light". stay away from heavy and saturated oil fat in the name of taste. I don't know why no one cooks food without oil in desi food?
