Tomatoes: 2 Large
Onions: 1
Oil - 3 tbsp
Carrot - 1
Aloo - 2
Gobi - 2-3 bade phool, kaat kar
Beans - 5-6
Shimla mirch - 1 chota sa
Matar - ¼ cup
Paneer - 50g
Jeera - 1 tsp
Adrak - 1 inch
Lehsun - 3-4 cloves
Fresh Hara dhaniya - 2 tbsp
Lal Mirch powder - 1 tsp
Dhaniya Powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Jeera Powder - ½ tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Cheeni - ½ tsp
Kasuri methi - 1 tsp
Malai - 2 tbsp
Papad - 1
