This is great to see. Matthew (red) is my brother and he sadly passed away very suddenly back in 1999. We have this episode on VHS, but who has a video player anymore?! 😂 I’ve just shown my kids this and it’s great that they can hear what he sounded like. When I was younger I preferred this version as it was more "fun" Now I prefer the pre 1995 because I want to challenge myself in the mental agility intelligence and GK
I actually prefer this version of The Krypton Factor myself as everyone still has a chance of winning even in The Super Round And it was a bit like Gladiators where The More Points you score in the early rounds The More Advantages you get to buy for The Super Round
I wonder what would've happened if 3 players did something to be disqualified. Would the remaining player get an automatic win or would they still have to play the final game properly? We'll probably never know.
I think if 3 Players were Disqualified along the way, the remaining player would still have to finish The Super Round properly or they would have NO WINNER & I would imagine that Empty Space would be filled in by The 2nd Fastest Runner-Up Of The Group

I don't think Simon should be ashamed (merely embarrassed). He wasn't trying to cheat, he just screwed up, honestly thinking he'd completed the task when he hadn't. No argument about Alison, though - she was blatantly cheating.
