  • The other day I saw a bottle that intrigued me, not only was it on sale but it sounded interesting. Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto is a relatively new liqueur, first produced about eight years ago. The method in which it was produced is definitely old school though. The "Rosolio" in its name refers to the method it's made which dates back to the 1600's and was almost a lost art, one which the makers of Italicus have helped bring back. Well like a good aperitif that is supposed to stimulate your appetite, I hope you are stimulated enough to give this refreshing and delicious summertime cocktail a try. Chin Chin, "Let's get Pourin!"
