      This Dentist mentions fluoride toothpaste…I recommend a video of Dr Nathan Bryan and he discusses how fluoride in our toothpaste and tap water can destroy us. The video is about Nitric Oxide, how our bodies produce it(through the mouth), how fluoride kills all bacteria in the mouth and prevents the production of nitric oxide, and later in life you may have a greater chance of developing Alzheimer’s and other brain diseases

    I'm a veteran, was actually addicted to cigarettes and alcohol. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder, got diagnosed with cptsd. Not until my wife recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 8 years totally clean. Much respect to mother nature the great magic shrooms.

      I love hearing great life changing stories like this. I want to become a mycologist because honestly mushrooms are the best form of medicine (most especially the psychedelic ones) There are so many people today used magic mushrooms to ween off of SSRI medication- its amazing! Years back i wrote an entire essay about psychedelics. they saved you from death buddy, lets be honest here.

      Hey mates! Can you help with the source? I suffer severe anxiety, panic and depression and I usually take prescription medicine, but they don't always help. Where can I find those psilocybin mushrooms? I'm really interested in treating my mental health without Rxs. I live in Australia don't know much about these. I'm so glad they helped
      you. I can't wait to get them too. Really need a reliable source 🙏

      Mushrooms are very medicinal. This is why anybody familiar with psilocybin and any other kind of fungi will tell you, "They are alive." They have a very ancient wisdom. To my experience, all mushrooms have always said, "Pay attention to your life. How you think, how you feel, and what will you do with the information that you always knew, but now are seeing in this point of view." This is why mushrooms are so respected in tribal cultures. This mental health treatment works for me too. Half micro doses do the trick for me. At least a few days at a time with lengthy time in between. Never addictive. Thank you for sharing this point!

  • @stevesaka8191
    @stevesaka8191 Рік тому +38

    9 out of 10! He was a very good sport and his reaction was perfect - loved it. I often think too many in people in the medical profession are too judgemental which really discourages people from engaging more and following up on a more regular basis. We all know if we did x, y, and z that is the absolute best for our physical health, but other things improve our life experiences and often mental health. And well, we are human, we will never be perfect - so I really like it when a health care professional acknowledges that and gives us their best guidance, but without being holier than thou. ps: Cigar smokers should always ask for a Velscope scan annually - it is an early detection test that costs only about $60 and take just a few minutes to look for pre-cursors of oral cancer - oral cancer is extremely rare in handmade cigars smokers, but it is very treatable when detected early and this scan can show signs up to 2 years earlier than just the traditional visual assessment your dentist can do - so I recommend all add it to their dental care routine. Thank you Dr. Shalom Fialkoff for making this video with Tim!

    I started smoking cigars just over 2 years ago at 21, and I've always had good dental health to where i never had braces. Because of poor habit and smoking, I noticed my gums were bleeding more and dont smoke often in the winter, but in the summer, it could be 0 - 3 times a week. Because of this amazing, very informative video, I think I will slow down and maybe eventually quit when I am older.

    • @philipwiberg992
      @philipwiberg992 10 місяців тому +1

      The way that I see it its better to smoke less now (you should probably stop until gums has healed properly) and enjoy for a longer time in your life. Personally when I get really old, which I may or may not (never know) I will hopefully have lived such a good life that If I want to smoke 2/day I wont care about a tooth loss, this may happen anyway.

    I have a feeling the reason cigars dry the mouth out is a similar reason why some full leaf teas do. I'm an avid tea drinker and consuming traditional Chinese teas can do the same because first flush and aged teas contain more tannins in them. It's the tannins that both dry the mouth and stain the teeth as a result of the mouth not having enough saliva. Some tea aficionados will tell you to have a honey stick or small sweet treat after having tannin heavy varieties of tea because the sugars stimulate the mouth into making more saliva. Brushing after is still necessary but is important to get that saliva back in normal range. I've been researching cigars of late because my future husband smokes them and my family is opposed. But all the research I've gathered is quickly telling me the chewing tobacco my family uses is far more hazardous than my fiancé smoking a cigar once a week is 😅

      fair. I didn't count on the instruments in the other suites being such an issue for background noise. I had 3 mics between my cameras and this was the best one. I just do so few videos outside of the studio that I haven't really given my rig the attention it deserves. Thanks for the recommendation. You're absolutely right.
