And then you dare flee to Britannica like a dog with the help of Legio II Augusta. But I'm a generous Imperator, and give a chance to impress me, but expect no Roman help here!
As a rich weapons trader you better use that experience to its maximum profit. Crown yourself governor over this god forsaken spit of land. No extra forts can be build and Briton enemies are everywhere. You must master the art of the ballistae, or you shall master rowing.

Conceptually, I really liked this map idea! Political enemy relegated to developing a weapons & industry colony, and totally forbidden from adding splendor to appeal to Rome's political elite, thereby restricting social power to this Governor.
Until the 'Le Troll' ending, I was super on board 👍

I'm currently coincidentally playing the Augustus Reconquered campaign. The comment about the lack of planning functions resonates quite a bit, even if the maps aren't as evil as this one - Anno 1800's blueprint function would be a godsend when planning layouts around terrain without having to reload (or eating the cost); or for reserving land for future use ...
... some sort of 1 denarius do-nothing-fake-plaza in 2x2, 3x3 would perhaps already be a big help. Hmm.
