This is the first time in which an European team, who is not backed by the Government and bases himself only upon his resources, can effectively compete with a super- physically strong South African franchise. SA franchises are backed by gold and diamonds mines and are formed by huge muscled Back guys and I thought that they would have easiy won all the matches

03:15 - Tshituka's knee is very clearly down and the ball gets ripped from him. Toulouse then score after that exact moment to make it a 9 point game. That should've been looked at by the ref and resulted in a penalty against Toulouse. But because the crowd didnt have this huge response meant the ref didn't get influenced. Could've changed the game that moment.
Sadly, that is how ridiculous the carding has become. Sometime you hear refs consider mitigating circumstances, other times a hair touches the opposing player's head and it is a red card. We all want player safety but this is a contact sport.

Lol, what a joke of a comment, keep dreaming.
You wish, froggy.
Seeing this makes me as an Englishman weep. A very fortunate draw will hopefully save our blushes at the world cup but we're so far off the pace I don't see us competing for a generation
Every team or country experience a moment like that, lot of people are praising the French national team for the last 2 years but we should remember they took a decade of inconsistency and even poor rugby to get back on their feet. Let’s just hope it won’t take that long for England to get back because World Rugby without a strong English side doesn’t taste the same !

Whao !
Sharks backline defence was atrocious once again. That is why so many of their paper tigers won't make the Bok team.
Gonna be some game with Leinster in semifinal
The Sharks don’t do themselves any favours but man, Toulouse play some great rugby.
Et bien. Les 30 premières minutes étaient difficiles. Sans parler du carton jaune contre nous. Maintenant il faut prendre notre revanche face au Leinster ! 🇫🇷🙌🏻

Are you sure you want to continue next year ? And we don't take the excuse out of the plane because Montpellier lost by one point to 14 against 15 vs Exeter
😂😂😂 That plane story, ffs, we got beaten all over the place... Come on, Saffas, stop making our names bigger shit holes than it is, or is it......????
The Stompers got wiped out, the Sharks scored 2 x lovely tries, and then looked like school boys in a senior club game, the Bulls were castrated and walk with stiff legs like Oxen, and the rest isn't worth mentioning....

Sick of losing super rugby every year so they come over to Europe to get smashed again! Haha where to next ?
Maybe they should ask Japan if they can join in on their league and maybe they will have a fair chance to win haha

@@moinpatel9164 yeah nice one mate you hang on to that memory from when the bulls won the title 13 years ago.
Regardless of what your many excuses are, time zone, travel, salary caps, politics or whatever other nonsense you can dream up
The fact is you guys got smoked in every game this weekend, instead of making up excuses how about you give the better team credit and admit defeat. Be a good sport for once
One day, one day an England management team will watch games like this and think, maybe we should try something like this..

Yes let them beat each other up for this one cup let our players rest to take home the big cup
The French are at another level
United Nations?
3 tries grounded quite easily, all of the same kind, boost from midfield, late defense line...defense the weak point of Toulouse espeacially with Malia often misplaced.
Must be corrected before Dublin.
South african teams thought they'll have a chance now that they dont have to play new zealand teams who dominated them, but still got trashed up north.
"Here's the captain Khaleesi"
TOULOUSE
I feel the Sharks were going to be rampant at the beginning but they couldn't maintain the same intensity. Everytime they moved forward Toulouse was in trouble. A pity they looked tired in 2nd half. Wasn't a fair contest. Great team!
That forward pass in front of the ref for the last try was epic hahaha
As good as they played in attack Toulouse did not look good defensively in this game.
In fairness. Toulouse, Leinster and Exeter all shipped a few tries but still won comprehensively. I'd rather watch teams play high risk rugby, than hope to win a slugfest 15-10. Semi finals shaping up to be crackers 🙂
hey -tanking just the 20 is a fair defensive assessment, compare that to the France side who conceded less than that only once in the entire 6N. The rest being 24, 32, 21 & 28 respectively.
They were playing against a team which had putted 50 pts to Munster the week before.
When was the last time a team putted 50 pts to Munster in HCUP?
@@financialliberty2381 idk -but it wasn‘t difficult considering Munster‘s recent form, they‘ve taken a few maulings this season. But i‘m sure Sharks were kicking themselves letting Munster score 35, as they knew teams with Toulouse‘s calibre would capitalise big time.
@@financialliberty2381 OK....
It was a close game before sharks collapsed in the second half
Yes, sharks collapsed, nothing abnormal, it is Toulouse!
Collapsed na the french side wiped them
In this form they're unplayable..........
Nice to see no SA clubs in the semi's
So much hate for saffas in the comments. Sad to see.
I don’t think anyone hates the South African sides they have been very good to watch. Certain fans will always take the opportunity to gloat over other losing teams and South African fans are no different. The European Championship is a very difficult competition to win, and is savage in the knockout stages. For their first year , I thought the SA teams did very well. I have no doubt they will learn and get better.
Manila shouldn’t of came back on. Really worrisome

Should have asked politely ’can i have the ball?’
@@jungbolosse3034 what are you on about?

actually 5 even though N'tamack did all the work for the last try . 2 assists to Ramos, 1 to Mauvaka, 1 to Retieres and 1 to N'tamack.

Yellow card for being knock out?
Sadly, that is how ridiculous the carding has become. Sometime you hear refs consider mitigating circumstances, other times a hair touches the opposing player's head and it is a red card.
We all want player safety but this is a contact sport.
They were discussing a red card too. Mad!
ah ben oui il y est le carton
err, yes. It's not the attacking players duty to duck down. It's the defenders not to smash into his head, regardless of outcome.
