I go barefoot a lot. I also keep them very clean and get compliments on that alone. The only shoes I own are kept at work in a factory. I have a desk also and I am known as the Barefoot QA.
Hey there! Thanks for commenting and for sharing his. So cool you do this all the time and well done in taking care of yourself and feet. Haha barefoot Q, that's a cool nickname haha, well deserved I bet!
The greatest sensation in life is discovering and living a barefoot lifestyle sooner or later. Some discover but doesn't realize how important and essential that freedom is and what good it does to your day to day life. But the ones who really understand and wants to experience the values go ahead. At the very outset we all find it a bit uncomfortable as the soles of our feet are tender but the ones who really want to do it beats that pain, which lasts only for a very short period and proceed. Thereafter they find it smooth sailing. Your videos have helped me to motivate people to explore this amazing world of barefoot living. I show them what negative snd positive thinking csn do to a person. It can be compared to the mighty sea. Initially you find rough and challenging waves but the more you go ahead it gets calm and peaceful. Only the ones who are tough and likes to take up the challenge proceed. I wish you all the sucess in your future barefoot hikes. Never loose focus, let your eyes guide every step you take. They are the best and the most reliable scanners in the whole world . Cheers !!!
Hi friend, I really enjoyed your comment. It made me smile and it makes me feel that I can help others. I am grateful beyond words for the time you put into watching my videos and leaving beautiful comments like this one. I'm still at the beginning of this journey and I have so much to overcome. But I believe that I will have changes in my thoughts as well as physical changes in my feet, I am being transformed and I am adapting in each step I take. The beautiful thing about this is that there is no set goal for me, I'm just enjoying each step I take with my bare feet. I'm very excited about this and having you witnessing and helping me along the way is amazing. Thank you for the encouragement. I wish you happiness, joy, good health and abundance! Cheers!
@@gabriela_sagore to give you more encouragement I would like to share my experience and why I adopted barefoot lifestyle. I was addicted to footwear for over 25 yrs, removed them only when I go to bed. Experienced a few regular complications lately, specially hip, back calf and ankle pains. I even used to get gumboils very often as I was having a heaty body. I met this Ayuvedic Doctor at a function and while cchatting I disclosed my ailments and all he asked me how often I go totally barefoot and the answer was Negative. He asked me to go barefoot regularly indoors as well as outdoors if possible for three months and see the difference. I took the challenge as I was so desperate to get over these ailments. Believe me,it was a hectic task as the soles of my feet were very soft and specially walking outdoors on various textures of soil(specially gravel ) was like walking on pins. But stood ground. Believe me, all those ailments disappeared and now I feel very ccomfortable like never before. Since then, for the past 20 plus years I spend 99%of my time barefoot. I only wear footwear while traveling to Office and no sooner I get there, off comes my shoes. I simply feel awsome about my barefoot lifestyle.
hey! thanks so much for sharing this. How long did it take you to get more comfortable since you started walking barefoot outside? I'm so happy to hear that your ailments disappeared and that you are not suffering from them anymore. This is definetely inspiring and it helps me a lot to keep it up.
@@gabriela_sagoreIt was not rosy at the very beginning. But I was determined to go through anything to relive myself from the ailments. I started to feel that all of them were restricting the movement of my feet in a big or small way. My soles enjoys the sensations of various textures of soil. Hey, sorry I missed your response. Thank you for your time and for sharing this. I think you are right, in starting to get those feelings. The other day I couldn't wait to take the shoes off my feet, I felt like they were strangling my feet! Also, good on you for encouraging your friends and thanks for the encouragement you are giving me. I appreciate it.
Lovely and rare to see a woman walking barefoot in an urban environment. Enjoying her bare feet feeling cement and asphalt underfoot And even enjoying fashion as blouse and jeans are her only clothing She wears nothing beneath makes a lovely statement
Hi Gabby! As someone who teaches yoga and meditation and who has lived barefoot for over 25 years, I can’t help but love what are you doing! It is amazing that something as simple as going barefoot can have such positive impacts on mental, spiritual and physical well being. I liked what you did at work to help with feeling overwhelmed, did it help? I also think that your partner joining and supporting you is wonderful! How were you received at the restaurant and shop towards the end of the video? There is a channel here called Loser Ana (@LoserAna). It’s been dormant as she has a newborn, but she has some fun videos that you may find helpful. Until next post, take care! 🙏🏻🙂
Hello! wow, you have a a long time of experience with this, I admire that a lot and it's amazing to meet you through this space. I agree, my only regret is not giving it a go sooner haha. Doing that at work did help, I just focused on the sensation in the sole of my feet and it helped me feel more calm. It's great to have this as a tool in life, and it's free! I'm so happy too that I can go out barefoot with my partner, we didn't go in the restaurant and shop but I should do something like that for a next video for sure. I will go check out the channel you have recommended, thank you so much. It's wonderful that you wrote this comment, I'm very grateful that you took the time for this. So happy to meet you here and I'm keen to know more about your experiences of living barefoot for over 25 years! 😄🙏

I have been in Sydney, and walked barefoot. I like it. Also I spent 3 months on Bali without wearing shoes. Next time i will throw shoes to garbage bin on arrival. In such places like Australia or Bali there is no reason to wear shoes))
hello! that's cool, thanks for sharing this! What parts of Sydney did you visit? and where did you visit from? I've never been to Bali, I'm sure I would love it!
Hey! I got them online, called Saguaro. I haven't tried any other brands so I don't have anything to compare them with, I suppose I chose them because the price was good for me at the time!
As usual, i enjoyed your video! Haha and as usual I have questions, if you don't mind! Why did you randomly one day decide to be rebellious and go barefoot to the train station? Like how did you get the idea of going barefoot to be rebellious instead of something else rebellious such as getting a crazy haircut? lol
Hey Mark, thanks for your compliments and for reaching out. It's very nice and I'm happy to read and answer your questions. *My partner would sometimes walk barefoot to go to the shops or to walk me to the station. I also have a friend that is barefoot all the time. At the same time I started to take interest in the health of my feet and to think about the kind of shoes I'm using and if they are good for the sape of my feet. I started seeing things on instagram about healthy feet and decided to get 'toe spacers'. I stated noticing how some shoes squish my toes together and also to do some balancing exercises. I became more curious and interested in walking barefoot for longer distances than what I can do at home. I also didn't want to use my shoes anymore because they were changing the natural shape of my feet. So then with all this new information in my head I thought, why not try walking barefoot outside? Or should I wait to get a pair of barefoot shoes and use those? And I just thought nah, I'll just go for it. And I guess internally, because I knew I was doing something that not many are doing on the street, it feel rebellious. In summary, it was a mix of having more information about healthy feet and doing it witouth caring what others would think about me, because I knew it was good for me.
@@gabriela_sagore all i can say is i really enjoy your videos and you being practical. For example Im glad you clean your feet before going to work. I find no reason why somebody cannot both go barefoot and keep their feet clean/maintain hygiene
Don't Australians already walk around barefoot in stores and in public? You could live the rest of your life barefoot if you wanted to. No one's stopping you.
