Hmm... Okay, so Felix takes a little bit of damage when using PSI Freeze. But what if he uses it in a cold area? Same goes for PSI Fire. Would it also hurt Felix if he used it in a place filled with Ice? Unless it's the fact that he's a vulture which means he's more fond of hotter places but just wanted to make sure. Other than that, great job!

Yea it's mostly due to the fact he's a musty desert lovin' vulture. Like most birds he avoids cold weather if possible.
