By the time SERT members arrived at Fairview the Lexus was already in the Sally Port. SERT finished their search at 6:15, The Lexus pings in the port at 5:36. There's 40 minutes of footage missing from the sally port. It only takes 4 minutes to get from Canton PD to to Fairview. When SERT Lt. O’Hara testified he said that he specifically asked Tully for a photo of the damaged taillight, after they found the first couple of pieces so they could have an idea how much they were looking for. Tully says no, it’s still en route to the sallyport. But that was a lie because it was already at the sallyport at 5:30 and SERT wasn’t finished until 6:15. Tully and Proctor were in communication with each other and Tully knew when it arrived at Canton PD. They wanted SERT to look in a specific area for evidence but didn’t want them to have a photo of the damage, to help them with the search to do their jobs ??? There's too many inconsistencies and people withholding / manipulating information in this case for it not to be brought into question.
I wonder what the host thinks about this case now after watching the evidence present itself as the trial went on. Specifically with the inverted video that they tried to pass as a true representation of what was happening in the sally port, the wrong time proctor documented on his reports of when the car was picked up and dropped off, the crucial times of video surveillance that are coincidentally just missing or “not recorded” and the fact that the dighton police officer says with certainty that the taillight was not completely broken apart when he saw it at the time the troopers were picking it up. I hate to say it but this case has made me a little skeptical about some of the anchors on this network from their commentary. Whether be it for ratings or just to play devils advocate or to appeal to one side …… I thought everyone had a common sense and reason.
