NIU KQi 3 Max review. 25km/h eScooter with peak 900W motor, up to 65km range, and dual disc brakes. More info US: shop.niu.com/p... EU: shopes.niu.com...
Max PSI for these tyres is 50. So 40 is decent you say? I am using 46 at the moment. I wonder if lowering it would make for a more comfortable ride. Anyway, sorry for all the comments and question. This is my fave Max video and I keep coming back to it.
My won't turn on after winter sleeping. Tried to turn it on for a ride and it turned screen for about 2-3 seconds and went off . Now won't turn on if i press on button. I have it only driven about 25 kilometers.😢
Hello, i am very lost, the NIU website says it has a top speed of 23,6 mph, nearly 37km per hour, how do you have yours on only 25 km per hour?? What is the truth behind this please help 😢
My experience :i sold this scooter after using it over 8 months . First Chris you are overlooking a very important information generaly on your scooter reviews, this particular scooter drives only 22-23 km top speed unlocked (on Display 25) , everybody is overpassing me with small scooters even regular bikes,. It would be great if you measure the speed with gps its crucial information. , im rider 113 kilos in wintertime real world range is 26 kilometers, i used it to ride to work 10 km distance it was desaster ,after 1-2 weeks i got exteme back pain, without real suspension its just horrible.
Odd I found with my unit it shows 25-26km/h is more like 24 with GPS which is normal maybe the new firmware it's slightly faster now? There is a way to set it to the US limits with I think 31 or 32km/h but that's not legal here. Yes no suspension is a but of a deal breaker for some certainly not as smooth as the Ninebot G2 Max I covered. I'll try the GPS with other scooters but if it's only out by 1-2km it's normal. Cars also do this my merc is show 100 on the speedo and it's really about 96km/h. I love the brakes on this unit and the climbing performance it's defiantly better than the Xiaomi escooters I've covered over the years. Range yes it will vary with rider weight, roads and temps impact it a lot just like EV's the batteries don't like being too cold.
Maybe with the new firmware is speed better, i sold it to my friend i will check that information ,. There is a germa n forum "escooter forum" and everybody had the same issue, my friend told everyone is overpassing him even though he is 75 kilo, its not the weight problem.. but thanks chris for your reply, a scooter without suspension is no go for me.
Suspensive certainly makes a big difference like the G2 Max I covered. But some people like no suspension as it's one less part that wears out or could break. I do however like suspension for that softer ride.
Awesome content as Chris Sir
Thank you kindly
Fair review, thanks a lot, Got the KQI3 pro, it’s a fantastic step, enjoying every time I drive it, but very difficult to make it faster.

I find it the sweet spot and 30 is too soft and 45-50 far too harsh of a ride.
Maybe I'll give that a try. Thank you. @@Techtablets

My kqi2 pro goes 34
Hey, would you happen to have a recommend guide on how to fill the tires with goop? I'm getting one of these soon, and I hear the tires are annoying.
I put Slime in mine. Very easy you remove the value, add in 118ml of slime, value back in and then file back with air and done.
no suspension is a dealbreaker
