- After attending the Streamliners at Spencer event, I got word from a friend that the Salisbury Wye was an EXCELLENT place to railfan. So after the event me and my dad went to the wye to railfan for an hour or two. A lot of other railfans were there and one asked me if I heard anything about the Pennsy leading the OCS out of Charlotte. Well this was news to me and music to my ears! about 45 minutes later after a southbound freight rolled through, we heard the distinct horn that no longer existed so we jumped into action.
Pennsylvania E8 #5809 pulls 3 private Pennsylvania pullmans titled "Little Juniata Rapids", "Warrior Ridge", and "Pennsylvania".
I will post more soon of the event
Good Video! My friend JB was Engineer for that train on Friday and Saturday's Trips.
Well I saw your friend! Is he a regular NS engineer on the Charlotte sub?
No JB is an engineer for Amtrak.
Oh ok. Just the crescent route? Either way it's cool he's on the rails!
Fatman2693 In this particular video, I'm running. JB ran up Friday and back Saturday. I ran back Friday and up Saturday.
Ok thanks for the clarification DB I saw him run back sat me and Adam (gastoniatraindude18) thought he was running up and down on Fri and Sat
