This was incredible! I loved that he took the high note and made it go on longer when bad tour began. I think, this is just what I feel like, the reason why MJ never performed Rock With You in later tours is because he probably would’ve strained, or tire his voice out from doing the last high note, especially when you consider the songs he sang during dangerous tour and for the other tours
After the Bad Tour, he did not sang much on stage. It was mostly lipsynch. Rock With You was "sung" during the History Tour, but lipsynched.

I started loving this song because this end makes it kinda emotional
After his surgery on his nose he can hold that high notes now it’s amazing
He’d literally do this for like 15 seconds on the bad tour every night, it’s one of the most impressive things I’ve ever heard
