      Hi! Iya, apelnya utk nambah strukturnya. Kalo jus apelnya utk aroma. Tapi kalo gk pake apelnya juga nggak papa kok 😊

    As Caraway is the normal go to spice for for German Red Cabbage, Why use Cloves?

      The classic german red cabbage is using cloves (Nelken) as I learned, where caraway is also possible

      My Mom was Dutch and she made this in the winter alot we ate it with pork or anything really, its a delicious cooked red cabbage and she made it with quite a bit of vinegar so it was tart and she used way more cloves and apple. It is really worth a try to make it it is really fabulous.
