I love both group and solo.....I go in the fastest group in my Club and never minded being dropped....in fact it spurred me on to train harder....now I am the one dropping the group ! 😊 Normally a Sunday morning group ride is 50-60 miles....when I am coming up to an endurance event I train solo going much further than I would on a group ride but not necessarily faster.
