What a lovely home! If you look past the mold and the mess you can see what would have been a busy family home once. It’s a great time capsule and I’ve enjoyed looking around it! Ireland is so beautiful! Thank you Sam and Jess!! X
A lot of homes in Ireland 🇮🇪 may look like they are not lived in but be careful as a lot of family live close by just to let you know when you’re looking
Loved the house! It's sad in a way to think that an elderly gentleman lived there on his own until he either passed away or went into a care home 😔 thank you Sam and Jess for another great explore 😊 take care you two lovely peeps. Xx
Sam, I’m surprised that you couldn’t fill in the blank of the scripture last word. “ The Lord is my??”Sheppard, The Lord is my Sheppard, I shall not want”. The speaker is God who is telling us that He will lead us like a flock of sheep to greener pastures, to protect us, to feed us. You can take the Shepard as synonymous for lProtector”.
You are right, very friendly people, so easy to talk to and you be always welkom. We have been there for so long, holidays in autumn, perhaps some rain but Ireland is very green, and has a long history.
I absolutely love seeing Jess's confidence grow! You used to be more shy and reserved and hung back and let Sam take the lead. I just can't say how much I love watching your videos! Other explorers don't even compare. I hope you are able to do this for a long long time. Sending my love!❤
Love seeing the house . It’s a very nice house but needs work done but I think it could be livable if someone bought it . I hate to good homes go to waste .
This is the first time i have watch your videos i love how you show use such detail you take your time when you walk round I am now one of your followers. And i love the way you go back to what we have seen and the music. Thanks for sharing that wonderful House 🏠
Good to see you over here, the red car was last registered in 2012 and car tax was in 2013 as it ran out in 2014. Hope you visit many places of my island
Hello Jess and Sam. Nice find an the chirp you are hearing is the smoke detector. The house seems like it was full of family and love. So sad it is just left. It just feels so sad. Thank you for sharing.😊
Hi guys that was a amazing little house 🏡 just goes to show wen we leave this world 🌍 we leave everything behind only memories shame someone could not bay that house and do it up thanks for sharing with me David🇬🇧❤️👍
I'm amazed the smoke alarm is still still bleeping after all time ! The odd bleep as the batteries are nearly flat. It gave me Granda vibes as you sweeped through the house. It reminded me of mine when i saw the brush for shaving, medicines on the counters, clothes hanging over the bannisters...you can see the wife passed first as men gather clutter. It's sad but it's life and its such a lovely untouched place. A good find guys.
Just another amazing place!! I just cannot imagine the life stories that are attached to these places! Sorry I missed your premiere again! Thank you for the Fantastic video!!
Your drive around is beautiful, and such a lovely old farmhouse. Hate seeing it go to such waste. Kitchen was grand. Loved the ole magazine with recipes, need to try them Jess and let us know bout them😁😊😉
Sorry we missed ya Shelldust!!! Hope you enjoyed it anyway! Thank you so much, you guys make this all possible, we appreciate your support 🙏🏼 Hope to catch you on the next one ❤️
Lovely home, the stench must have been quite overwhelming. Niagara Falls little wall hanging from my area of the world. Love seeing the Canadian connection. Great video, love that Jess narrated it 😀
Loved this one .. like you say yourselves you can relate to a lot of its contents . But how sad that a family home is just left to ruin … so glad you take us on a peek of lives lived poor Mac he loved his whisky and coke ❤
Just started to watch this and your opening, intro makes me want to live in Ireland. I have always wanted to go. I think I’m going to love this trip. ❤
Just found you guys . I loved this . I was born in Northern Ireland, now living in Australia , can out here with my grandparents when I was young , and now they’re both gone 😢
I have some newspapers from more than ten years ago, in reserve for when there is water leak or to catch paint drips when redecorating. I got rid of them all once & then regretted it when I opened the cupboard under the sink only to experience a sort of mini-tsunami across the kitchen floor. I had no choice but to soak it up using all my nice clean towels, because I had no newspapers. As if to make a point the same thing happened again a few weeks later. I still had to use some of my towels as I had not saved enough newspapers. So now I have a shopping bag packed with old newspapers!
That cheeping sound is the smoke alarm/s letting you know they need new batteries. If you do not have any smoke alarms it might be a good idea. Smoke can kill quickly. You might just not wake up.
You guys found another awesome 😎💕 place you were so overwhelmed with all the stuff you didn't take time to notice the beautiful furniture so are you going to answer the question I've been asking
Nice tour! Those beeps are how a smoke detector tells you it needs a new battery. It beeps roughly once every minute. I learned this when I was rooting around in my garage one time, when I'd let a friend store some stuff in there. Included was a smoke alarm. I spent the best part of a half hour tracking down which box was beeping... Cheers
Such a great find from an abandoned point of view. It is terribly sad that so much of a person’s life is just left. Thank you for another interesting video. You guys are great:) Love the music choice as well. Stay safe!
I see the name Ireland so i stopped and was watching. This home is a true time capsule thanks to you both for showcasing this adorable home . My grandpa is Italian and other grandpa is Irish it is nice to see where my family is from. Now i am loving Ireland i love the views thanks again .:) Barbara USA

Someone's whole life just left to disintegrate, quite sad really isn't it. All their precious photos and little keepsakes that probably meant so much to them, now they mean nothing to anyone, just junk for the local tip. Thanks for the tour guys 👍
That was a lovely home to start with Sam and jess, really enjoyed that, thank you so much for taking us on a travel to Ireland keep them coming stay safe and take care 🙏 ❤️
When I went to school in 1982/3 we bought club king size and we bought or sold each cigarette for 10/20p, lol. Totally love and miss School days, you both bring back memories and that's whY you two are one of my fav UA-camrs 💚💛💙
Thank you again for the amazing videos. Happy New Year as well. I notice the beeps, sounds like a battery going flat in a smoke detector / smoke alarm. they usually beep like that until the battery is replaced.

Yes I loved it. Of course your European trips have been fabulous and I look forward to more in the future, but so good to be closer to home. Beautiful area and great abandoned home. I always wish we could just take a peek at these homes before they became derelict and certainly I would love to have seen this one in it’s day. Great video guys. Much love to you both. 💜💙
What a lovely home! If you look past the mold and the mess you can see what would have been a busy family home once. It’s a great time capsule and I’ve enjoyed looking around it! Ireland is so beautiful! Thank you Sam and Jess!! X
the bird sound, is a smoke alarm with a battery that needs changing, awesome place :)
I came here to say the exact same thing about the smoke detector. LOL I love the vibe in that house.
@@kazrules2007I did too. Charming cottage.
A lot of homes in Ireland 🇮🇪 may look like they are not lived in but be careful as a lot of family live close by just to let you know when you’re looking

Yes, smoke detectors beep to let the home owner know the battery needs to be replaced.
What surprises me is that despite all the yrs yourselves and others have been doing this. There's STILL new abandoned houses to show 😮 xx

Great farm house, again so many things left behind. It's sad that no family members wanted to keep the treasures from the past. Love to all. 🥰
The photo of the sisters hanging on the wall look like twins the other looks like their wedding day great vid Sam n Jess 💕✨
Great place. The cane you found is a shalaylee or shillelagh, a traditional Irish walking stick made from blackthorn.
No it isn't
