Annette Hennessy Town Council 260624 Ensuring Meetings Welcome Residents, Yet Another Survey & Bins

This video is self explanatory. Why on earth are residents paying for yet another expensive survey, twice, through NSC council tax and PTC council precept when they haven’t seen outcomes from previous consultations? Who chooses the consultants? Hopefully it is not Peru Consultants, the company of the Portishead Independents Political Party leader Paul Gardner.
Is this leading to the ego driven political party in Portishead Town Council foolishly taking over ownership of the Lake Grounds from North Somerset Council as pledged in their party manifestos?
If all these surveys achieved anything, residents could see the benefit but it seems the only people benefitting are the wealthy consultants recruited by the councils involved. This is a real concern.
