While we do not handle site development, we recommend having a professional compact a gravel pad with electrical, water, and waste connections ready before delivery. Please note that setup is an additional cost to delivery, and budget-conscious clients often manage their own setup process. Rest assured, your tiny home is in expert hands from our doorstep to yours.
