I suggest keeping the vlogs as they are. Will give you the flexibility on what week you record on, do the other things you want to do as well as looking after yourself. I like them as they spotlight a week in the life of a spoonie. Even though our week is totally different, I can relate to resting with fatigue while being in chronic pain. Glad Gizmo is feeling better. We didn't have any snow ☹️. Perhaps a second birthday in May or June? I really like your bunny ears. Thank you for the link to the foodie website. I don't eat meat and I like to try out new recipes (I do end up changing them a bit though).
Yes I think you might be right random weeks might be better for highlighting the impact of chronic illness and it will be less work! Ooh I have a whole folder on my Pinterest of vegetarian healthy meals xx
That was a lovely vlog, sweetheart! I really enjoyed coming along with you (and it's always lovely to see Dexter's adorable furry face!) I agree with Kaz: I think sticking to a one week vlog format does give you more flexibility especially if you're having a tough month. I know only too well how chronic illness can mess up plans (and that's before lack of spoonage kicks in!). As a fellow March baby I hear you about the screwy weather that we get this time of year and how it messes up birthday plans too. FWIW I decreed the entire week as my birthday, because why the heck not ;-D x
I think I will keep it a week a month would be too much for me I hate that my illnesses are getting worse but it's important to me to show that and to be the best advocate I can be so nobody feels alone xx
March has been that kind of month, hasn't it? Your lille Gizmo is such a handsome fella. Do you groom him yourself or do you take him to a groomer? I have to groom my girls just cuz it's so expensive to take them to someone. This means that they get super shaggy since I have to wait until I feel well enough to groom them. Ugh. Have a lovely weekend!
This is the first weekly vlog I've watched. I've not had any notifications for any others. Are you diagnosed with TMJ? That might be a reason your jaw aches.

Raynaud's affects your blood circulation. It causes some areas of your body to feel cold, sore or numb, or change colour.
I've had it on and off for years, where my fingers lose colour
I've had a couple people mention that, I need to see my GP about it xx
@@BeverleyButterfly I had it alot years ago, but it kinda just stopped

@@BeverleyButterfly 100% agree. Unfortunately as we're getting older our illnesses are biting harder - you must self care and look after yourself xx
@@flowersstorms8863 that is definitely the plan xx

Have a lovely weekend!
He's the cutest isn't he?? We have a local groomer she isn't too expensive and she only has one at a time so he has no stress we are so lucky!
How much was the light?
What light?
Do you forget to eat and drink during flare up?
No I am a big believer in self care I take a lot of precautions to not forget including setting alarms and having food at regular times xx

This is the second one I've done. No I grind my teeth in my sleep xx
I'm physically mentally and emotionally tired atm
It's exhausting isn't it? I hope you find comfort soon xx
You sound very down. Are you ok? Take care
Yes generally I was upset at the time because like I explained my plans for my birthday weekend had to be cancelled xx
