For me, I'd sleep in the loft and id turn the Bed room into the living room, it would open up the space more too.

Beautiful!!!! I have been looking and exploring the tiny homes lately. I appreciate you explaining what a gooseneck is, etc. I’ve been wondering why some people build tiny homes on goose necks and others don’t. I do a lot of cooking, so I didn’t see a ton of storage in the kitchen, but other than that very nice.
I wanted him to close that drawer back so bad 😂

Your company has easily become my top favorites. Those big open doors with the step porch are a treat. I couldn't help but imagine how a smart retractable/motorized screen that could trace the edge of the porch or some area of the porch would be a hero add-on feature. I don't find many tiny homes that have screened porch options (and screened porches are loved my many) so it would be a nice upgrade option and/or differentiating feature.

I love all of your tiny homes! I’ve been looking and you’re definitely at the top of my list. This one was very nice. However, for the first time it felt a little bit crammed for me. It is only me and two little dogs, but that just felt crammed. Can you do the gooseneck on a 40 footer instead?

This is a very high quality prefab mobile home! 👍
In my opinion, this unit could be perfected if the floor of the stand-in shower in built with a material and design that is super soft and resistant to slipping, even with soap on the floor. Should cost very little to add, but the improvement in quality and marketability would be tremendous.
For future versions, really appealing features for customers are weather management systems on the outside for very little extra cost and ease of add-on:
* Umbrella shadings for cooling
* Inflatable / deflatable clear airbag walls with anchors on the outside to create extra insulation barrier with a greenhouse effect that is light weight.

That house looks AMAZING! The one thing I think I'd be worried about is the tiles in the shower, I wonder if those might be prone to cracking or dropping off if you're moving the trailer a lot? Otherwise wow!
Very lovely. I wish the under-mount sink was white to blend in nicely with the countertop which would’ve visually appeared larger.

What is the size of the solar system? What is the total weight of the build? Aesthetically it's beautiful, but with so many windows there's no way it can be properly insulated, there's going to be lots of heat lost and cold coming in.

Personally, I'm always curious about the weight distribution over the axles when the trailer is fully loaded, as well as the weight over the tongue or gooseneck. To me, this is more important than most of the extras that are added to the trailer, it may not always be practical if you plan on moving it frequently."
