    Great exercises with clear, succinct instructions
    Could I ask for your thoughts whether mobilization / massage of the area of the triceps could also help w carpal tunnel-like issues / hand aches?

    that hand stretch seemed to do something, it feels nice but it makes my palm itch really bad.

    On one side that stretch of the palm with curled fingers achieved mild discomfort between the knuckle of the hand and first segment of 2 fingers.
    I dont think i have carpel tunnel but here because i can't do a push up without making a fist on that side.
    If anyone knows what this is (so i can ask for soecific help) please let me know. I already work with a physio and PT.

    Hello please share big toe recovery hub exercise. I have big toe facture 1 month ago and now after cut the plaster my big toe (foot thumb) is stiff and not flexible so please if possible to share some exercise for that . waiting
