In correspondence with the National Minister of Revenue along with the Auditor General, inquiries to Audit the CRA to ensure it's programs and benefits are updated and good for Canadians, as we saw the CERB payments were misallocated to people that didn't qualify for it, and some CRA employees receiving it also. The software needs to be updated since it's creation in 1950's. If the software was up to date it would have the security in place to prevent fraud and misuse
