The scandal at the Winnipeg lab occurred in mid-2019, and the COVID-19 outbreak began in December 2019. This leaves us to speculate if the pandemic that first emerged in Wuhan, China, may have originated in Winnipeg, Canada. This would also explain the dire urgency and attempts to conceal the truth by the Liberal/NDP coalition.
