Can i pick your brains again. we went up to Shotley Gate yesterday to see the Evergiven, We walked round the coastguard station on to the bank opposite Felixstowe, Is this a good place to fish from the shore for BASS?
Hi mate, it was a good trip. A bit of a research mission as much as anything else! You certainly can fish for bass there. It drops off fairly steeply. There are plenty of bass all around that area, if you aren’t getting bites then just move round a bit. Or try to the right hand side of Shotley pier on the Stour side 👍🏻

Had a nice 38 pound cod off the coast of corton 2mile out just up from Lowestoft few year back nice little spot around there
