This is amasing. Here in Barbados we use the same methed to catch flying fish. Albiet 22 miles out. In the clear water pulling your net and seeing a "curtain of silver" !
@@beanysfishing2555 i am sad to hear that herring is not selling ! Here we only get very salted bloaters. Oh for a fresh 2 or 3 cooked on the beach, open fire....

Must be good to watch.
@@beanysfishing2555 Oh yes! But then the retrieve can take an hour or so. So look out for sharks hitting the net taking fish !
Well done boys . Love it.
Cheers mate
Herring and Mackerel are the best eating fish in our waters, if I lived a bit closer I would buy them for the table
A fresh mackerel, a few hours out of the water is bloody lovely. I do like a fried herring or a good kipper too
nice to see there are some fish out there, do you sell any for sea bait off the boat or is it easier to just sell at market
We mainly sell to the market, but we do sell some for bait. There unfortunately doesnt seem to be mainy individuals that want them now

Nice, just one thing hope the powers that be don't watch as you may get your wrist slapped no life jackets worn? I work a beach boat channel coast
Good point!
If ya put a blob of super glue top n bottom on the bulbs they don’t bounce out so easy,do you work trammels as well as drifting for silver darlings.?.
@@brettlittle9913 I did work trammels until some lovely person decided to empty my net bin in the summer
