That looks delicious. Love the smoked peppers. Probably adds great flavor. I love those things during the holidays. Janet usually makes one. Nicely done.
I am going to make this as a Rudolf cheeseball for Christmas. I am going to use 2 black olives for the eyes, 1 red cherry tomato for the nose and 2 pretzel twist sticking up for the antlers.
Nate my good friend, great recipe pal, good assortment of crackers /chips for dipping( it does enhance the cheese ball) . I like hickory wood smoked bacon vs applewood being from Kentucky as hickory wood is basically free here there is so much of it & i have an apple tree in the yard which is free also when i prune it, use it for smoking meat 75/25% hickory to applewood, just curious which did you use ?, i make all kinds of pepper snacks also as you know. I think if you & I could soften tree bark, we could take bacon & jalapenos & wrap the bark in that & make it taste good, lol. Have a good one buddy, & if i don't get to talk to you in the next few weeks, Merry Christmas to you & your wife/children/family/ friends. God Bless
I tried making this on Aunt Norrine one time and it tasted real funny. Turned out she had a dirty totus. Cleaned that baby out and she was smooth as silk. I'll have to try your recipe, it looks delish.
