Chun-Li was a banger then and still is now. It was very New York and had a Wu-Tang flair to it imo. I also think Barbie Dreams is one of if not the best record of the Queen era. I don't know a lot of ppl who could have pull it off bc Dreams (Just Playing) by Biggie was already a 90s hip hop stapple in terms of lyricism and she understood the assignment imo. It was from a female perspective this time but still had the essence, wittiness and humour of the original

Queen era was so good as a fan. The radio show made the album better to listen to for me personally, she was really coping. The album has so many bops chun li, Barbie tings, sir, hard white, chun swae. I think she’s putting out music in her own way now to purely interact with the barbs💕🦄

Queen actually did do well for somebody who’s been in the industry as long as her. However it was clear she wanted it to do better but I agree, AS A Nicki fan, she needs to shy away from BS. I actually don’t mind her releasing things when others do because Cardi has been doing THE SAME EXACT THING. But don’t let these petty beefs get in the way of the rollout. There is a lot of hype behind this album and it’s EXPECTED to be good! She’s been consistent on the charts and I think she can take a breather and not have to work as hard. Mmm… some of your info is incorrect. Nicki’s rollout did not start in 2022. Last year, she said after dropping all of those 2022 singles, that none of those were the singles from this next era. There’s no confusion about this era. Her album rollout JUST started.

Some songs she puts out are just for fun something 4 the barbz i.e stand alone not part of rollout, they get hype so she pushes them. Personally I think PF2 will be a smash album, Nicki has that natural tiktok-effect where she doesn't have to cater to tiktok for her songs to go viral. As long as she includes a few pop(ish) hits like SFG then it'll be a very memorable era. I don't love how she isn't doing a properly organised era, but at this point I don't think she cares, she has everything she wants in life and her legacy will never be undone. I don't blame her for just going with the flow.

I haven't enjoyed her recent era, I just haven't. Queen was good and had some gems, but it didn't hit me like Pink Print - Pink Print was so raw, Queen felt defensive. And I didn't love her attitude to other rappers. Sometimes she was right, and I still don't stand for Cardi, nor for how Remi, Missy and the others treated her, but goddamnit girl stop already. Why come for Latto and Megan. I also don't like Kenneth Petty, sorry. I hoped she would do better. That said I am rooting for whatever is next.
