Hi, i have applied and visited the embassy in my country, however i have not gotten any response from the migration agency, should i be worried that i haven't gotten even an acknowledgement that i have done the biometrics?

Do i have to get my passport check in person? Because there is no swedish embassy in my country, if they required me to present my passport in person, i may have to travel to another country to do so. I had the same situation before but i was applying student visa to Norway, and they allowed me to send my passport to the closest embassy through an agency. I am wondering if that is allowed by the swedish embassy since i saw people talking about how the passport check become stricter in late 2022.
Edit: i am allowed to stay in Sweden for up to 90 days without student permit with my passport, can i do my passport check after i arrive Sweden?
