"I'm home" is what you say when you walk in through the door to tell people there that you've arrived.
"I'm at home" is what you say when someone asks you on your cell phone "Where are you?" "I'm at home right now."

Honestly, before this episode, I have a problem with this. But I certainly now know how to use them in a sentence after that . Actually, I would prefer using How about rather than What about. It’s easy for me that I won’t get them wrong. 🌟How about we stay at home ? 🌟 How about fast food?

instead of

In another words, Is it right if I use the gerund of verbs in that structure ? And
May I use the word " IF " in both structures, for instance:

Is it correct to say it those ways?

If it's a question, yes use a question mark. Statement, no question mark.
