I can't believe how much how prices went up in Garner. I was looking in 2020 in Garner and the houses were more affordable. I think there's not going to be a crash and we'll never see those prices again.
The pictures of the homes in your drone shots and cover picture are just so depressing and ugly. They took beautiful, forested parkland clear-cut the entire site, and created a community of identical tract homes baking in the sun. Who would want to live there?
They will look better when the landscaping and trees fill in. There are a lot of great established neighborhoods in these areas as well. For example, Portofino in Clayton, which also has larger lot sizes.

We think you’re right. Garner has so much potential. It’s as close to downtown Raleigh as North Hills is.
Issues for me in regards in communities are small lots, gouses are too close to each other, HOA. Good price though.

@@LivinginRaleighTV I have driven through those ugly neighborhoods. The lots are so small that there is no room for trees and landscaping.
And we have trees, ponds, pools, trails and horses. I love living in Portofino.

What in the world is going on at the Olde Town homes in Raleigh? Maybe Lennar is a bad builder?
