I loved Morrisville as a renter. Lived practically on the same street of the airport and it was so convenient. I enjoyed seeing the planes fly over the buildings and everytime I landed I would try to spot our apartment lol. Would move back in a second if I were renting. As a homeowner I would never live there. All the homes are so close to each other.
Hillsborough, NC is just a short drive away from RDU, Chapel Hill, and Durham. It features a charming small downtown and has a social and progressive atmosphere.
Love Cary/Apex/Holly Springs area but having second thoughts, not sure what to do now? Do potential clients have concerns about the following: SuperFund sites in Wake County? Water coming from Cape Fear River with the history of high PFAS/ forever chemicals, in drinking water? The Southwake landfill smell in Holly Springs? Does this hurt property values? Harris Nuclear Plant near Apex in New Hill?
Look I came to Raleigh to attend seminary at Southeastern SBC in 1977 . I lived in Eastern Wake County for 30 yrs . In 2003 I moved to Holly Springs to be closer to family. Then there where less than 7, 000 people in town , this year there are close to 49,000. Too many people.
We are retiring in a few years and are planning to retire in the Raleigh area (with young adult kids). Would love a video about the area from a retiree perspective, but not looking to live in older adult communities.
Great video idea! We did a couple retirement videos, but they were mostly focused on the 55+ neighborhoods. Feel free to contact us at hello@mortonbradbury.com, happy to help you find an area that works for you.
Great, great video! How long is this information likely to be accurate/valid? Do "up-and-coming" towns turn into "completely built out" towns (like Cary) within 2 years, or does it generally take longer than that?
Lets be honest folks. The traffic and congestion around the Triangle is NEARLY on par with Atlanta. I lived in Raleigh (inside beltline) for 14 years, but the area was getting crazy even back then- 20 years ago. I moved West to a culturally rich rural type area, and never once regretted leaving Raleigh and the Triangle. I do not miss anything, except the months of May and October for weather in the Triangle, and I do NOT miss the traffic and cookie cutter developments. Life is good away from the Triangle.
Lol. Good to know. I know Atlanta and that’s a good reference for me. I def don’t want to wind up in the same annoying crowds and congestion I’m already in when I move. I think I’d like to be “close enough” but not right in the middle of all of it.
Generally purchases, but we have lots of resources for finding rentals as well. Give us a call or text 919-964-0474 hello@mortonbradbury.com and we are happy to help!
Cary's a peaceful and quiet town. The traffic in Cary is average compared to most growing towns with similar populations. Please stop putting down Cary because you're from a small town.
Cary is the 3rd largest city in the Triangle with nearly 200,000 people. It is not a quiet town. We have never put Cary down in any video, if fact, we’ve made more videos praising Cary than just about any city in NC.

Thanks for sharing! You really can't beat the location!
Hoping the 540 extension will make for a quicker commute to Cary. Supposed to open in the spring.

Sure thing! Thank you for the suggestion

It generally takes a really long time. Cary took decades and still isn't fully built out. There is still a lot of open space even in Cary.
@@LivinginRaleighTVTake all of your buildings and shove them.
Thanks for this video!! Lots of good, quality information!!
Is there anywhere in the triangle area to get a home on .5-1 acre under $800,000? Seems like the houses are so close together.
Yes there are several options. Can you give us a call or text 919-964-0474 and we can help?
Thank you Chris
Raleigh is improved
A lot !!
I ike live in Raleigh or North Raleigh, so beautiful and
So convenient.
20 Minutes to RDUa
Raleigh hasn't improved on anything, It has gotten worse because of the damned transplants.
The MacGregor side of Cary has a lot more of the native Southerners. Most transplants are on the Preston side. Do some research.
Clayton might not be a good fit for you if you like good restaurants. We don't have any.
FACTS!!!
The overhead view at the 5:18 mark is horrific. Talk about no space at all lmao

Lol. I like trees so I’m good. 😂😂
That's because of all of the damned yankees.

Cary has a lot of crime, unfortunately. Too many sketchy areas....
Cary’s new park on Academy street is awesome. The whole area with restaurants entertainment etc.
Containment Area For Relocated Yankees used to be the nickname.
Cary USED to be a small town but now it is a metropolis! Way too much traffic!!!
Asian Indian?
@@steveshay5364 Bruh! Indians are from Asia. Where are they going to be from?
