IKR? Where's the brain pate? Where's the stroganoff? Where oh where is the beef kasha that is mandatory for all rations? This does not seem right. I think is fake news. Hold me 😯
instant mashed are great. you can thicken foods with it. you can make a soup and add pieces of meat or veggies and they are great just a belly filler. i agree all mres should come with instant mashed potatoes.
Again, really interesting Russian ration. And you notice the small but continous progress they make in their rations. Maybe not as fast or abrupt than western ones, which often comes with some duds, but in a constant progress. BTW, Nathan, I like your new intro!!!
I'm vegetarian and Russian and it looks very good to me, especially the spicy tomato sauce and the beans. I would love to try this one day when camping. Not sure where to get those though. But it just shows you that you can make a vegetarian MRE very filling and delicious. I'm sure this is for multiple people but for me alone it could definitely last a couple of days
I would love to try the Catsup. Sounds like something I would enjoy. Looks better than vegetarian food I've eaten on airlines. After watching these for a while, it would be entertaining to take some to family get-to-gethers and watch everyone explore.
Hi... Nathan.....some great looking vegetarian dishes there...I love a good meat dish but they do seem very repetitive in the Russian rations...nice to see something different....ATB....Mick
I have to admit my first thought was, vegetarian? Ehhh. But it looked good! And my brother always puts ketchup on his great northern and pinto beans scrambled eggs too. Just some fyi, but then I'm from the South lol nicely done!
Great review, looks like a great ration. I am sore about those tomato sauce/hot sauce sachets...had one burst in a recent shipment messing up a few things, but its how it goes somethimes.
Very cool Nathan. Interesting menu items. Good looking components. Apparently tasted good as well sir. LOL. I am glad you enjoyed it friend. This meal looks excellent ! Great ration, and, great review of course. Peace, John.
Great review,Nathan! and this one is very nice vegetarian ration i must say. After watching a lot of these videos ive visited ForeignMRE and checked about other russian MRE's and i was really confused. Almost all rations are with the main dishes removed by customs...well. is it even normal situation? when youre paying $20+ for the MRE and it is being gutted like fish. And that case when UPS has charged Nathan for THEM destroyed the food..this is just ridiculeous and not fair! i was enraged af. anyway. i wish you luck and thank you for these MRE rewievs, they are rocks!)
Good review. Another tasty Russian ration. A good variety of food to make mealtime almost something to look forward to, rather than just a chore to intake calories. Your translator is having trouble as the writing on the meal packets is in cursive script. How does the total caloric value of this ration compare to that of the regular version with tushenka, pashtyet, and other meaty treats? Lacto-vegetarians will eat cheese and other dairy products. That is the same cheese as in other Russian ratings, so it’s not a vegetarian version made from soy or whatever. No humongous sachets of sugar for the tea? Or did I miss that in the video?
This is amazing, I would eat it and where in the world did you find this one? Vegetarians will eat dairy vegans will not. Every country needs to put a pouch of sweetened condensed milk into every ration. What an awesome and delicious looking meal. Thanks for the review.
USDA seized the condensed milk from my Russian ration, it's not heated high enough during manufacture for USDA safety standards when coming from a foreign country that also has a meat restriction.
I clicked on the link but couldn't find the Russian ration. Guess I just be throwing out the cheese, milk and chocolate anyway. Is there a vegan one? And I want some good borscht!
I enjoy watching your video's It is interesting to see what each country puts into their own mre's. In your opinion which country has the best mre's.Also, if you could make an mre what would the contents consist of.This mre can include everything from coffee, tea to toothbrushes and toilet paper..Thanks and keep making the good video's.
I was a vegetarian for almost ten years. I’ll say cheese, milk, and eggs were a staple to my diet... still are actually. I can say this looks really good except for that kasha
Man that looks like a homerun ration! Wish I could land one that fresh. I got one last week I opened it and had to throw it in the trash. It wreaked of rotting fish even though there was no fish in the thing.
@@brianjewell9204 so with the Google Translate app you can just scan your phone over words and it will instantly translate? I would have preferred if Nathan would have responded just to make sure it's the right app.
Fully vegan food is now far more spectacular than this snacky-tacky vegetarian mish-mash. You wouldn't fancy this offering after spending a few days eating and shopping vegan somewhere like London, Berlin, San Francisco, New York(even the Bronx) and thousands of towns and cities around the world. I'm guessing most Russians would still think that vegan males must be gay or girlie men, right ? Paul G
First time I have seen a vegetarian Russian Ration. Great review Nathan.

Me to Art
Looked pretty dang good. I'm a meat eater but I'd do one of those.
You guys missed our review! 😥 this was a tasty ration.
@@BenWorkmanAnimalFeeMre No meat - no party! Go vegan somewhere else from russian MRE's
Listing the date before the month is standard in Europe and other places.
yes, it is more logical: from smaller(day) to bigger(year).

Excellent review! First vegetarian Russian ration I’ve seen. Looked really good!

BTW: Tokana is originally a Romanian dish. And I never tried kasha and mushrooms before - I think that´s what I cook for dinner now.
Buckwheat is a staple food in Russia. It has an extremely short grow time which makes it ideal for northern climates.
Great review Nathan! First Russian vegetarian ration - never seen this kind rations before. So cool, liked! Cheers from your friend from Russia
Lol yes I thought of you when I bought this, although not a true military ration but still a nice meal
Another culinary adventure with
Nathan as our guide. Perfecto.
For having no meat that ration actually looked fantastic. Thanks for the review.
That looks very delicious lots of food in that one thanks for sharing buddy

This meal looks very tasty! Awesome review Nathan! 👍😎
Wow ! What an interesting ration ! Looks like they know tasty dishes also without meat I'd be happy to try them !
Thank you for watching buddy
Is your mini cleaver USDA compliant? That was a ton of food. I love a review that has tea. Excellent job Nathan 👍

Glad you liked it, we loved reviewing it ourselves, cheers Nathan!
Did you guys do this one already? ill have to look, maybe I seen it but I can't remember .
Great review, that must be a 24 hour ration, a ton of food
Oh good, the USDA didn't take you food from you this time.
I hope they haven't gone after Steve instead
The USDA has a canned meat fetish right now and this is vegetarian.
The cheese spread is for on the crackers and the condence milk is for in the coffee.
That is some nice new ration Nathan. Lot's of new items. I don't know that there are russian vegetarians. LOL.By the way i like your new intro.
Good review, even looked fairly healthy

Great ration Nathan. Where did you get this ration. Great review buddy.
Thanks Marilyn, glad you liked this one
Great review, looks like a great ration. I am sore about those tomato sauce/hot sauce sachets...had one burst in a recent shipment messing up a few things, but its how it goes somethimes.
Nice rations with lots to eat. Good nutritional value for a non meat meal.
Very cool Nathan. Interesting menu items. Good looking components. Apparently tasted good as well sir. LOL. I am glad you enjoyed it friend. This meal looks excellent ! Great ration, and, great review of course. Peace, John.
Everything looked appetizing!

Ketchup might be for the beans, I remember a bean soup that you add ketchup to it in your bowl when you eat it, has anyone else here had it?
As always a super review!
Gotta try this one

Hey Nathan love your vids. There's no link to the knife in the description. Could you post one please? I'd really like a knife like that.
CrazyRussianHacker should definitely try this! I bet he wouldn’t believe Russia has a vegetarian MRE lol
I’ve never see that done with the phone, but I’m a newbie in this. What app is that your using for the translation? You are really funny, great job👍
Google Translate I think is what he uses
merrick martin Thank you, I thought that might be it but I wasn’t sure
18:17, that esoteric word "squige" again.
What IS that?!?
USDA seized the condensed milk from my Russian ration, it's not heated high enough during manufacture for USDA safety standards when coming from a foreign country that also has a meat restriction.
Yet they spray bleach on our chicken lol
this is awesome!!!!

I think you mean an American Russian Vegetarian Commercial 24hour MRE?
24hr! More like 48.
Whaaaaa? Did I catch that you almost spilled the beans? XD
Sweetened condensed milk oh yeah. The mains didn’t look that appetising but as always a great review Sir 👍
Do you finish the meals? Be a waste if not.
New to the channel- NEATO translator!
..those Russian carrots are on the banned list..''beware'',..those would be good side dishes for a big steak...lol...good review..
You sound happy again.
You made me hungry "Nathan"😁 damn it. Poor Rusky's lol....

You didn't try the powdered milk? Oh, you don't like your coffee with milk?
What app is that?
I love the "Bat Shit" comment at (4:00) I am sure you didn't say that but sure sounded like it. 👍✌️
🧐🤔🤪😝😂🤣
Bringing you food from all over the world (as long as it's vegetarian and not confiscated by revenueers)!
Well they didn't come for you haha. Nice video
What is that app you use to instantly translate languages?
