Its because the card is shared between French, Maltese and the Portugese. Theyve added a trigger to the card for the new Portugese riflemen but forgot to enable the original trigger for French and Maltese. Its a super easy fix and somebody allready made a mod for it, faster hotfix than the devs are capable of lol.
10, 9, 11, somewhere in that realm. It's one of the 3. You do get a lot of longbows, but it's NOT a cheap shipments and not something you can send on a dime as a defensive measure. As early as age 2, it's only a viable send if you were planning on sending it in the first place Also, it takes an entire minute to send instead of 42 seconds and those 22 seconds matter a lot in a rush defense
@@bisongaming729 didn't know about rhe timings, but combined with german outpost card you have a very strong defence in age 2. I know you like malta, i advise you to give it a proper try. I never play with 8 crossbows in my deck
The issue is that the fact that this shipment is now unstable and a non-factor means that there is no reason to not rush Malta because they will have zero defense against it. In fact, the fact that you can still send the shipments and just not receive anything incentivizes rushing Malta to trick people who aren't aware of this bug yet to send an empty shipment and in fact cause their loss

I know its suck but unplayable !!!! Maybe this is an overreacting (unless everyone like rushing)
Absolutely unplayable. Shipments not arriving when you send them and expect them to arrive is absolutely not okay.

@@bisongaming729 i played yesterday with france in a 2v2 and wasted my shipment of 8xbows while rushing :( very sad
