Such a good idea for content btw. I can imagine most if not all of the gw2 content creator community wanting to be a part of it & probably wanting to come back to do more of it. Well done Phandrel! 🎉😊
Great format. Enjoyed the guests and questions. one feedback for Phandrel is to give the guests more time to express when they get it right/ wrong and join the guest’s excitement (when Emi got the shatter counts, her joy was palpable or when Sneb was seemingly frustrated). Makes it more entertaining for viewers.
Thanks for the feedback! Going back to the drawing board to incorporate a few changes based on recommendations I've been getting. Will definitely also focus more on interaction!
Bit late getting around to this one, it was a blast to watch! I'm always amazed at people's different knowledge bases, though, I would have assumed the streamers would have a better lore base than that! I think the only one I didn't get that was a lore-based question was Mercia, but I did also goof a few of the math-y questions (and a few of the skins), so no claims of perfection here! I do like the answer "thievery" mechanic, maybe play into that a bit more if people are taking too long to answer? Otherwise, it was great fun to watch! Can't wait for episode two!
Thanks! There'll definitely be changes for episode 2, rounds 2-4 (the individual ones) will all feature the thievery mechanic, amongst a few other changes.
I'm only 8 Minutes in and can't imagine not knowing these answers lol! I am a nerd who reads the books and has played through SoTo story twice so I know that's the big factor but man, it just puts in perspective how we all play the game differently.
Yep, everyone's experience in an MMO can be so wildly different. You could play only group content and know every single thing about the encounters, but not why you're there. Or vice versa, or anything in between. I also do think that I would probably botch a lot of answers myself when I'd be put on the spot, though.

Watching sneb and emi struggle on the very first question was hilarious.
The pressure of having to answer there and then probably added a bit to the difficulty of the question :D
geeeee geeeee!
The Kamohoali'i Kotaki question just blew my mind, massive props!
@@TheCooderix very fortunate that I lived on an island for two years lol
