The problem with the plasma pistol is that the gun breaks much more quickly than the rifle, especially when comparing the Forceful stock and the Precise stock.
#1 - Use the Slug Buster, best effect when you're not using a Enclave Plasma gun, can't do the aligned flamer/pulse capacitor fire ball trick with a EPR #2 - If the gun is Automatic, use a stock lol not grip. And finally it's not a secret, it was patched last year until the last major update - probably giving players something to have fun with before they Nerf the crafting system for good.

I still say enclave flamer is better
Just tried it and it didn’t work
I made same version as your and it does not shoot like that so what really going on
