Urban Reign is a multiplayer beat 'em up game developed and published by Namco in 2005 exclusively for the PlayStation 2. Urban Reign follows the exploits of "brawler-for-hire" Brad Hawk, who is hired to find a kidnapped gang member by the swordswoman Shun Ying Lee. Brad fights his way through the street gangs of Green Harbor, a fortified city in the U.S. As he does so to get some answers, the true machinations of the protagonists reveal themselves and things become more complicated.

Haven't watched the video properly yet and I haven't been here from the very beginning either. But i've seen how long this series has been going on by looking through your channel. Knowing how busy you may be, it's quite monumental to have finished a game all the way through to the end, let alone in a video form.
Big congratulations on finishing it, throughout all the trials and tribulations. I hope you had fun and may look back on it fondly, all the "being taken for a riiide" and opponents being dairy farmers (using cheese, if you will) notwithstanding.

Third comment from me, requesting everybody in the comments to leave suggestions for a new game for Mr. Polo to play. I'm leaving some suggestions of my own:
- God Hand , Zeno Clash 1, Zeno Clash 2, the prequel Clash: Artifacts of Chaos, Charlie Murder (a maybe), Immortal: And the Death that Follows (a maybe when it comes out), The Dishwasher: Vampire Smile.
Another comment after having properly watched it through. Once again congratulations for finally finishing this series after such a long time, alongside the other wishes i exclaimed in my first comment: That i hope that you'll look back fondly upon the game, as well as the people that were here to watch you play it and give you tips, or explore it together. I may be overly poetic in describing it, but... i don't care much, i just hope that this comment helps make your day, week and month a good one.
I've commented on this before, but to reiterate: you genuinely do really good and clean stuff with editing. From the SF6 Perfect KO (perhaps someone else made a greenscreen variant of it which saved you some effort but still, you placed it well) to the sound effects for dodging, hitting/getting hit, various filters, the "I WANNA TAKE YOU FOR A RIDE" which feels like a staple for this series, the crowd at the end... and i believe i recognize that orchestral dramatic track you used! IT'S ON THE TIP OF MY TONGUE BUT I CAN'T REMEMBER-- was it a track by the Secession Studios? They make a lot of sick orchestral stuff!
Either way: Your effort in the editing shines through. Good stuff, man. :)
IN reflection, what would you say are your favourite, least favourite or most interesting thing from your time with this game? Or alternatively, if it's not too private to ask-- is there anything significant in your life, that happened during your playthrough, which you will now remember alongside Urban Reign?
(to illustrate what i mean: When i did my exams some years ago, Heavenly Sword was the last PS3 game i played and finished in that household. So now there's a good chance i'll remember the final year in that house and my final exams period when i think of Heavenly Sword).
Now that you have your sights set on new games, i'll put down my list. A few of them i've mentioned in other videos.
- Zeno Clash 1 and 2: First person brawlers. Part of the appeal for them is the world, art direction and weird characters. I don't know how much you usually care for story, so i'm afraid you may cut out parts of it in favor of getting right to the action. But Zenozoik (the setting of the game) is very much worth showing beyond the fighting alone.
Zeno Clash 1 is only around... five hours long. Zeno Clash 2 is around eleven or twelve, I believe. Perhaps even ten.
- Clash: Artifacts of Chaos. Zeno Clash prequel. About fifteen hours long. Third person instead of first person this time. Has you finding different martial arts styles to equip your character with. Genuinely really good story that goes places by the end.
- Kya: Dark Lineage. PS2 3D platformer/fighter, kind of like if the art direction of Rayman 2 and 3 had a mini-Tekken for a combat system. You gradually build up your moveset as you buy more fighting bracelets and the moves range from your good old punch-and-kick combos to some capoeira-looking stuff to different grabs based on if you stand in front of, behind or besides the enemy.
You can even jump over them later on or sit on their shoulders to send them running into their allies.
It's not combat alone and there's some rough spots where platforming is concerned, but if you're alright with 3D platforming and stuff like board sliding and skydiving, it's a solid game.
- God Hand. McFupping God Hand.
For "Maybes" :
- The Dishwasher: Vampire Smile. More hack-and-slash type, 2D, very edgy, has two different characters with *mad* weapons in their individual arsenals, from katanas to meat cleavers to miniguns to a giant pair of scissors to a shotgun to a panini maker.
Very fast-paced. only around five hours long for a playthrough with a single character.
- Immortal: And the Death that Follows. An upcoming game. 2D view, 3D environments. A friend of mine has described it as a "Hindu Mad Max Beat-em-up". Worth keeping your eye out for.
- Kings of Hell: Cartoony 3D brawler, quite spicy. Lots of dudes in thongs to go with a wrestling angle, but the setting and environments are very colorful. Every room seems to offer something different and there are seemingly plans to make bosses playable characters. Still in production.
- Fight'n Rage. 2D beat-em-up that went under the radar, from the looks of it.
- Charlie Murder. Made by the same studio that made The Dishwasher: Vampire Smile. It's about a punk rock band in a rather goofy horror apocalypse. Five different characters as different "classes" and some room for exploration and optional bosses.
Probably more fun with friends.

Course I read the whole thing bro! But I appreciate the acknowledgement of the edits I really do put mad effort into these. In reference to the game, I think the difficulty surprisingly is fun as much as I hate to admit it, I love to lose and challenge myself. In terms of a significant moment, I'd remember this is one of the first ever moments where I have ever made content and people enjoyed and wanted to interact with me through comments and other social media I think when I think of UR I would always remember this is kinda where it all started. As for these games, they're gonna be in the poll at some points but I think God Hand has been mentioned a few times in these commments so that may be the next one you see in the poll. Also Heavenly Sword too!!

Can't really begin to imagine how much effort goes into editing (i've never really tried it) but a lot of it hits well. The stuff that goes unseen deserves appreciation.

Dang, that does make UR all the more monumental for your personal experiences. I hope that the people you meet throughout your videos will prove good company and that you can also meet and maintain cool friendships beyond the games alone. And that stuff won't get too overwhelming either.
That's a *lot* of games to put in a poll, you won't be short for recommendations :P And knowing how people can be with wanting to see someone they like, play something they like, there will be many more recommendations to come.
Makes sense God Hand is so often-requested. It's quite difficult, has a lot of complexity with all the different moves you find *and* how the enemies react, and its tone is completely whack. Nothing's sacred.
I already predict that the chance is high that people will want you to play that one.
Oooh, that makes my Character Action/Hack-and-Slash senses tingle! I quite like that game but it's far from the best in the genre. Still feels nice to play, aside from certain segments. That game came out when the PS3 was very new, so there's some Sixaxis goobery afoot. If you don't want to manually control cannonballs and arrows by tilting the controller, i recommend that you turn that off in the Options menu!
Quite an entertaining game from a story/character perspective, though. Main character's story got me emotional at the end when I played it. The actors can go quite ham.
If you've got a taste for the hack-and-slash on top of the beat-em-up, these may be interesting too:
- Genokids
- Darksiders
- No Straight Roads (this one mixes boss-centric hack-and-slash fights with a rhythm music game aspect!)
- Soulstice (bit rough and slow at points, but genuinely has a *lot* to offer and the combat itself is fast paced. All weapons have their own utility and enemy selection is generally solid.)
- And I think Ninja Gaiden too. Though it depends on the version... Ninja Gaiden is almost like a six-part trilogy because every mainline game has a re-release that made big changes. Gets *hard* too
And once you step in that world, people will recommend DMC, Bayonetta and God of War as well.
