Sir , I am in confusion of having Honda amaze S or V variant becoz of the tyre size only..I heard some where 15inch tyre size is better than 14inch in terms of performance and engine rpm side.what do you think?
+LIJU KOCHUMMEN There will be some difference in ride quality but it's not very significant. If you can opt for the better equipped V variant, go ahead.
I don't understand why the top variants are not given in automatic option by many car copmanies? Do they think that automatic users will not like a touch screen and rare parking cameras?
Which one do you think would be the best pick? Ford freestyle or Honda amaze? Did a test drive of freestyle few days back. Driving quality seems to be good but felt little disappointed with the rear seat comfort and boot space. Could you please suggest!?
CarDekho now confused between ford freestyle titanium or titanium+, Tata tigor xz(o) and Honda amaze V (all petrol variants) ... Can you please suggest which one would be the best choice? My main usage would be 70% city drive and 30% highways and limited to max 1000-1500 km per month. p.s: completed test drive of ford freestyle and Tata tigor as of now. Both has good driving quality and good steering feedback (freestyle is slightly better than tigor)..tigor is spacious in both rear seat comfort and boot space compared to freestyle but in tigor I could feel slight vibrations on the steering wheel during higher revvs and also cabin noise is more ... Yet to do a TD on amaze. Please suggest
Ford is good but rear seat is very bad Honda have good rear seat, front but lacks features.amaze have 410 l boot while ford have only 257 l. Also in my view sedan vehicles offer more comfort hence amaze is better choice among ford

+Live Life Extra Here we would like to bring to your kind notice that the Honda Amaze is not available in Black colour. Though its availability on special order can only be confirmed by the dealership only. Now talking about getting the car painted from any unauthorised source, we will not recommend it as it might may affect the warranty of the car.
+Alok Dubey Here you can make the choice between Baleno and Amaze. The Amaze is a sub-4 meter compact sedan, which means you get a separate boot to store your luggage. It’s based on a new platform that, Honda says, was developed keeping a sedan in mind. Moreover, Baleno is a premium hatchback. The Baleno is slightly larger than the Swift and it feels more spacious on the inside too. Both the cars get basic safety features such as dual front airbags, ABS with EBD, seat belt pre-tensioners with force limiter and Isofix child seat anchors as standard. Other common features include front power windows and manual AC. The petrol-powered Baleno is more fuel efficient than the Amaze. On the other hand, The Amaze’s 1.5-litre diesel engine paired with manual transmission is more powerful than the Baleno’s 1.3-litre unit. It is more frugal as well, although by a very small margin. Moreover, you may take the test drive for both the cars to pick the one that matches your needs and requirements.
I have honda amaze s Diesel variant.i want to change my Tyres to v variant size (175/65 r 15). My doubt is the rim size change will affect the milage of the car...
+Baljeet Singh The Amaze has always been one of the most spacious cars in its segment, especially when it comes to rear cabin and boot space. And the second-gen model is no exception. The 65mm increment in the wheelbase has liberated more legroom for the rear passengers. Boot space has also gone up by 20 litres and is class-leading now at 420 litres. While the rear legroom is amongst the biggest in the compact sedan space, the rear headroom is limited.
+Manveer Singh Hyundai Elite i20 Asta - The premium hatchback you always wanted, incremental value is worth every penny. It is equipped with Reverse Parking Sensors And Camera, Alloy wheels, Sliding Armrest, Adjustable Rear Headrest (Dual Tone), 7-inch IPS Display Navigation System, Arkamys Speakers, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay and MirrorLink, Voice Recognition, Auto Climate Control With Cluster Ionizers. There’s no denying the fact that the Elite i20 Asta is loaded to the gills. There’s a dual-tone option as well available in red, orange and white with black contrasting roof and slightly bigger alloy wheels. The interior is all-black with orange inserts. The additional features you get in the Asta variant (including all features of the Sportz) justify the premium as well. On the other hand, Honda Amaze V gets LED light guides, 15-inch alloy wheels, Front fog lamps, Honda smart key, Push start/stop button, Climate control, Bigger MID instrument console, Rear windshield defogger, Front and rear mudguard. The extra goodies on offer on the V variant justify the incremental cost but we would have liked to see Honda offer a touchscreen infotainment system with rear parking camera and cruise control (at least with CVT) instead of features like push start/stop button, smart key and fog lamps. For those who’re opting for the manual, there’s another variant. The top-spec Amaze VX is priced at a premium of Rs 48,000 over V MT and whatever equipment you get with it justifies the incremental value. It gets all the features that you expect from a car that costs as much as it does. For those who’re buying the Amaze with the manual transmission, it’s better to opt for the VX variant instead of V. Ultimately, it boils down to your needs/wants.
Can we get dealership customized for S CVT varient? I need features like infotainment system with reverse camera, DRL, projector lamp? If so what is the cost(approx)?
+dwara M We would suggest you to get in touch with the authorized service center to know about these modifications & to know the price tag attached with them as they will be the better person to assist you.
@CarDekho : Which is the right choice between Amaze V CVT or Ciaz Delta AT. My preference is automatic petrol only. Kindly suggest a value for money between these two, or any other option in this range only.
+Mehak Aggarwal Both cars are good to buy and have their own forte. However, opting between these two cars will depend on your requirement. If you're looking for calm driving in the city then we would suggest you opt for Honda Amaze V CVT. Do take a test drive in order to judge your driving comfort.
+Manohar Singh The extra goodies on offer on the V variant justify the incremental cost but we would have liked to see Honda offer a touchscreen infotainment system with rear parking camera and cruise control (at least with CVT) instead of features like push start/stop button, smart key and fog lamps. On the other hand, Tigor is also loaded with features. It gets Smoke Headlamps, Navigation System, Glove Box Cooling, Voice Control, Follow Me Home Headlamps, Rear Camera, Touch Screen etc. The key point to highlight is - Tigor has 3-cylinder inside it which reflect that you might feel more engine noise filtering inside the cabin as compared to Amaze. To sum up - If you're willing to spend a bit more then we would suggest you to pick for Amaze VX. In case, you wish to own a Tigor then indeed XZ(O) is a great value for money variant but we would suggest you to take a test drive before making a final call. Sir last thing what if I prefer S variant of amaze against xzo as this seems to be value for money .my budget is 7.5 so do you think it better than xzo .thought amaze misses features.
+Manohar Singh The S variant ticks all the basic features that are there in our books and some more. The Amaze S looks contemporary on the outside and the interiors feel premium because of the piano black and silver touches around the dashboard, AC vents and door trims. The additional features it gets over the E variant at a price premium of Rs 90,000 is worth it since many of these features cannot be acquired from the aftermarket. We’d also go ahead to recommend this variant to those who’re on a budget. In our opinion Honda has got everything right with the S variant, be it the equipment or the price. Now, it totally depends on your requirement bucket. :)
+Sanjiv Haria We would suggest you to get in touch with the authorized service center as they will be the better person to share you the cost involved.
Sid 1717 The top-end VX does not get an automatic. I suppose you meant the V variant. You can check with the Honda dealership in your city. They may retrofit an aftermarket unit, like in Delhi some dealerships are fitting a unit with Android Auto/Apple CarPlay for about Rs 40,000. Hope this helps

M S baleno is great but rear seat is big spoiler and if you need petrol then dzire and for diesel amaze Petrol if u gonna ride occasionally Diesel if you will be driving over 20000 kms a year
E Variant at Rs. 6.75 L has got all 4 power windows which is really good compared to the LXi of Dzire... With after market addition of Music system and body color handle and mirror cap and the wheel covers it can be the best looking/affordable CS in the market today...
+vishal singh It's pretty good. Though, fit and finish levels have seen an improvement over the previous generation but there are certain niggles with overall fit and finish, the new Amaze has certainly upped the premium quotient overall.
+vinod sammangi Both the colours will look good. However, choosing one colour will depend on an individual's taste. Though, we would suggest you discuss it with your family and friends in order to choose one colour.
+vinod sammangi There are some pros and cons of light and dark colours. *Bright shade:* - Bright colours fade over time when exposed to natural elements. - Painting cost of a dark coloured vehicle is always greater than a light colour like white. - Bright colour gets better visibility in the dark. - Bright colours are good for reflecting heat. This means the cabin will be kept cooler in summer. - While white may appear as a no-cost option, that’s because it’s often cheaper than other colours to produce. Dark shade: - The scratches and dents look much more pronounced on a darker colour than on a light colour. - Dark colours like red and blue looks more premium than bright colours. - Dark colour cars seem to attract more dust and bird poop than any other colour. Colour is a personal preference, but if you want a shade that’s likely to hold its value better than others, white makes a perfect choice. You’re guaranteed to look good whatever car you pick and hot summer days won’t put you off going for a drive. If you want to stand out a little, a bolder colour like choice can go a long way.
Pls help sir Which is better choice New Honda Amaze E With after market accesories OR New Swift VDI boot not matters MAXIMUM BUDGET 8.5LAKH (sedan Hatch back no matter)
+Bhushan Wadile Honda Amaze E is the base variant and feels like one too. The comes with features that tick off as bare minimum. It’s good to have day/night IRVM and all power windows but we would have liked to see Honda offer at least electrically adjustable ORVMs and central locking as standard. That would’ve meant just one major miss: audio system. But yes you can get one fitted according to the budget from the aftermarket. The Amaze feels too plain in this variant and you should go for it only if you’ve shortlisted the Amaze and are on a tight budget as it will start feeling obsolete soon after. On the other hand, the Swift’s V variant is the one that will fulfil the needs of most of the buyers since it ticks all the right boxes. But a jump of Rs 88,000 for the basic amenities over the base variant is a bit on the higher side. If you okay to own a Swift minus electrically adjustable ORVMs, steering controls and height adjustable driver’s seat, we’d recommend you to go for the base variant and get power windows, central locking, keyless entry, and audio system fitted from Maruti Suzuki. These might not cost you over Rs 35,000. Get seat covers as well and you’ll still save some money.
+kolla bharghav It comes standard with dual front airbags, ABS with EBD, Isofix child seat anchors and rear parking sensors. To know more - bit.ly/2r4LISr

Which is better choice New Honda Amaze E With after market accesories OR New Swift VDI boot not matters MAXIMUM BUDGET 8.5LAKH
(sedan Hatch back no matter)
