I have driven both the cars and Amaze felt to be more agile behind the steering. To say about choices, one should go for Dzire if interior and features are priorities. If you want fun being in the driver's seat go for the Amaze, which also gives better comfort in highway driving.

Dzire ncap rating is 2 while amaze is 4...That should be a significant reason to choose amaze... please start including ncap rating as a top factor when doing comparison...

When coming to Amaze it's a well refined engine with exception to low end hiccups, once you reach 3000+ rpm it's smooth and gives you an amazing drive experience...! Of course Dzire engine has more torque and is more powerful...! Here i'm not undermining maruti's engines but Honda engines are a bit better than them...! When coming to choice among the above - i would definitely go with Dzire coz it's a total package...! And i'm not going to miss all the good experience for the sake of a bit better refined engine...!
Go for amaze E MT variant. U get abs, ebd and power window. One can install touchscreen pioneer stereo, JBL speaker , reverse camera from after mkt in just rs 25k. Why to pay one lakh extra for next variant when u can get upgraded one in just 6.5 lakh on road price. I have booked the one

The video is damn good. But when it comes to fule efficiency amaze gives you around 23kmpl during city commute and 27 kmpl while driving on highway. And yes I can say this because I have an amaze with me.

Hello sir, How the ground clearance stay the same among models of a car ? Or, it does change? Example:- "New" Honda Amaze diesel have (as they say) 172mm of ground clearance. It's E&S models tyre size is 175/65 r14 and V&VX models tyre size is 175/65 r15.

Amaze has 4 star NCAP rating while the Dzire gets only 2 stars! As an automobile enthusiast, have observed that though MS offers more features, it always compromises on safety. In a market like India, safety features are fortunately playing more roles. MS really needs to change it's design, make their cars much more safer and ofcourse premium. For some reason they seem reluctant to do that.
I have been one of the first Amaze buyers and now Drive a Ford. Frankly Ford Aspire is way tougher than both of them. Also, the diesel amaze has humongous service bills, please be prepared for that :)
harsh2945 : Hi Harsh... They was some recall for a batch of New Amaze Manual with vibrations while reversing... But fortunately I don't have this issue with my CVT nor does it vibrates. I kind of drive 90km for office. Will keep you posted if this issue comes up in near future. Cheers!

Best review for the precise description of squatting issue of amaze for softer suspension inspite being endued with 17mm more GC than the Dzire (similar issue of Figo/aspire with 174mm GC). Such ergonomics detailing should be emulated by others..

Hi Team, I liked the review. But I have few disregards. -Interior of Amaze is way much better. Dzire interior is quite funny and suits children. - Engine of amaze seems much refined with CVT transmission vs Dzire AMT. - Exterior of Amaze looks bold and muscular which every man want. - Fuel efficiency is one of main factor of buying car nowadays. Suzuki may be giving more fuel efficiency, but sacrificing the safety, transmission, etc. - please focus on reviews on safety, as peole in India need to focus/give more importance for safety on our roads

Amaze having powerful 1500cc engine and full space n having good. Ground clearance but Maruti car having 1243 cc small engine and poor safety features

- Engine of amaze seems much refined with CVT transmission vs Dzire AMT.
- Exterior of Amaze looks bold and muscular which every man want.
- Fuel efficiency is one of main factor of buying car nowadays. Suzuki may be giving more fuel efficiency, but sacrificing the safety, transmission, etc.
- please focus on reviews on safety, as peole in India need to focus/give more importance for safety on our roads
