Karachi locomotive shed of Pakistan Railways is one of the best and largest locomotive shed in Pakistan,
most of the main and important locomotives belong to this loco shed and it remains busy 24 hour,
Karachi is biggest city of Pakistan and people do travel to and from Karachi by trains, Karachi Railway Station remain busy all day for trains to central and northern parts of the country,
Karachi loco shed have different types of locomotives as like EMD locomotives from General motors USA, among those locomotives GMU30 and HGMU-30 locomotives are at top,
other vital locomotives belong to General Electric USA and GEU40 Gevo12 locomotive is at top, most of the freight trains are being hauled by GE locomotives

First of all...
Kuchh logon ke baat karne se unke expertise ka pata chal jaata hai..
Rajput ji ke bolne se pata chal raha tha ki bahut knowledgeable insaan hai..

Hamesa itna hi saaf rahta hai ya aap ke liye VVIP protocol me saaf kiya gaya?
--3) aapko ye bhi count karna chahiye tha ki total shed me abhi kitne locos the..
--4) KCR ke total kitne locos ready ho gae hain?
--5) safety standard of workers was missing. no color coded helmets and jackets.
--6) agar koi part shed me replace karna hai to kya ye written request dete hain Moghulpura rail factory me? And fir wahan se parts ko bheja jaata hai?

Kisi ko kuch paata nhi tha ke ham log udher aa rhay hain, mera aik din baad jana ka settle HOA tha but phir un logo ne 1 day earlier hi bulwa lia, or Rajput sahib ko to paata bhi nhi tha,

FYI---I have ridden in all those GMU30's from 1975 running on Tezgam and other trains running Rohri karachi. My father was DMO sukkur and I was studying at karachi univeristy---. When I did not find a seat in the train---my dad's chaprasi would talk to the Driver and I would get to sit in the seat behind the fireman. Had a fun time---great memories.

What a Great / Wonderful informative Video. Sites & Sounds is serving Great, no doubt Karachi Shed is a very Busy and Important Shed. The Old Vice is Called Leg Vice and this type are used only in Pakistan Railways Workshops and all such Places, the Component attached with Traction Motors is called Pinion and on the Axle is called Gear, so they cause Power Transmission to Wheels for rotation & movement. I have very much enjoyed this Video Jazzak Allah.
