ROBERT PLANT FOREVER! LONG LIVE ROBERT PLANT!
Compromise, word of the day..a Perfect Peace 😇💝
Listening to Robert in many interviews and now on this podcast it amazes me his knowledge of early American Blues, Folk, Rock, etc. Wouldn't it be FAB to see a multi part documentary on the subject hosted by Mr Plant? Touring across America visiting important studio's, stations, venues while sitting down with some of the folks that were (or near to) those Icons in the industry. Plant's passion and knowlege on the subject with desire to still learn would be perfect for such an imporant Musical HIstory Lesson.
That would be absolutely brilliant
I would love that
That voice...I could listen to him forever...singing or talking...such a lovely voice.
Amen!
Agree.
My pleasure thank you love your music ! ✌🙂♥️🌺🌸
i'm also waiting for "honeydrippers vol. 2".
I love you Robert. Peace & Hugs
Yes, The Honeydrippers!!! what a brilliant release!!! lifelong love.
I loved "Sea of Love" and the rest of the Honeydrippers EP. It's certainly a lot different than Zep, but it certainly has it's legitimate place in the Led Zeppelin canon...
I got a thrill seeing him perform Immigrant Song in Iceland this year.
Next... if only he sings "Hey Hey What Can I Do" anywhere...preferably New Orleans... or wherever...
🐯 🐾🐾
I WAS THERE AND IT WAS AWESOME INDEED!
At the corner of Royal & Orleans.
I saw Robert at the Mann in Philadelphia about 3-4 years ago. Having been a fan of his solo work since the beginning I would not have been one bit disappointed if he didn’t do one Zep song. He did at least 5 as I recall and was astounded at his performance of them. Having grown up listening to Zep in the back seat of my parents car in the 70s Roberts solo efforts were kind of my Led Zeppelin when I really came of age of music in the early 80s. Thank you so much Robert for never dragging the legacy of the great Led Zeppelin around as a crutch so to speak to remain relevant like so many artist of your early era have and making great new music throughout the years.
Beautifully written, Robert is always searching, ever restless, and offering us an amazing tapestry of sounds. We are so lucky his music has happened in our lifetime!
Sue Curran agreed
I look forward to hearing each podcast--Robert is just so fascinating and knows his musical history. A real treat for his fans.
I wish these episodes were just a little longer. They are so interesting but they leave me wanting to hear more.

Thank You, Sir
Sometimes even the best have to break out and away from the original egg 🥚 that they arrived in.... 👍🙏🎼❤️
Thank you for the podcast, always brilliant to hear from Robert. Simple question; how long till we talk about "When the Levee Breaks"? I hope I live to hear that one.
I expect Robert to be forthcoming regarding their slowing down the tape machine to make it even more fat sounding.
I love this just infolding music history! Is amazing !!! Thank u!!
Please do an episode on Now & Zen. Ship of fools in particular if you don’t mind. Really love that song and would like to know more about its concept and all the things that brought that one “out of the sky”!! Thank you.
This series is brilliant...
Please have this amazing NC Piedmont. Blues Legend on your podcast! He just turned 90 April 4, got married beginning of August, and had a another light stroke Monday September 9. He just wants to keep playing.. I visited him yesterday at UNC Hospital. Help him, Robert ❤️

Really like this podcast. Love you, Sir Robert! 💋 🌹💝😜😘
Finally getting some answer to the question I wished someone had asked at the Celebration Day press conference: "Ahmet must have been quite a guy that honoring him would get you guys together when no one else could; what was it about him?" I'd love to hear more on him.
Thanks, Robert, for these!
Great interviews. Interesting and insightful.
Happy Birthday Robert 😘🎂🥂 May GOD bless you always!
Loving these podcasts Robert! 💖💙💜

The sea of love is one of my favorite . I use to imagine robert was singing it just to me. His voice is so beautiful it gives me chills. 😍. Its hard to pick a favorite. Most all of the Zepplin songs are my favorite....

This Was definitely the Best of best in the podcast, the depth about early on. Robert is the best and worked with the pioneers of Excellence from the 50's, 60's as well. I Love it.

Without a plan or a clue either. I've never listened to a podcast, what does that tell ya? Man, I couldn't tell you where my years went, anybody's guess. Good question. Rock up a hill? Try pushing an armoured tank up a hill.
There is some very amazing music knowledge on here. Cool songs. It's good to listen.
Please keep these coming!
Great Stuff ...
Keep it real Bobby how's the leg doing Nola
Feliz cunpleaños, Happy birthday, ❤️❤️❤️
I'm in the mood for a melody
I'm in the mood for a melody I'm in the mooooood
I love these podcasts Robert does however, I just wish we could watch him talking instead of his picture. I'm 63 now and still enjoy blasting LED Zepplin and rocking out. Some of my ole classmates aren't interested in rock anymore, what a disappointment ..lol..I saw LED Zep a few times back in the 70's in San Diego and Los angeles..it was fabulous!..oh how I wished I could be his groupies but after hearing about the "shark" story with a groupie I knew I didn't have what it takes to be one..I've always been a wee bit proper and what that girl did (willingly) would be too demoralizing..I was so envious of Pam DeBarrs and Lori Lightening Maddox even though they were groupies with Jimmy Page. At least they could party with Robert and all the band members..I put meeting Robert on my bucket list many yrs ago so sad to say that one unfortunately won't be fulfilled (only in my dreams, lol..)..coming across Robert performing with Allison Krause blew me away!..listening to them perform some LED Zep songs in a totally different style was fantastic!..Roberts voice sounded so beautiful singing in a softer tone..I loved those songs as much as I do the original versions..xoxo..
I 'd like so much to see him instead of this picture. It makes me nervous, always the sameexpression coupled with such a stuff . It's not in harmony, from my point of vue.
Sea of Love was the best tune on the EP featuring a lovely B-Bender Telecaster solo by Jimmy Page which he was using to great effect with the Firm at the time.
Sorry I missed it!
Dave Weckl played drums! on some of this EP if not all of it!...credit where credit id due!
I betcha the thumbs down were courtesy of 3 whiny, jelly rock scars ;) they are always enjoyable/ insightful to my ears and mind! Well done, Matt & RP!
💖
Te quiero Plantita.
Please tell us about your collaboration with Rainer... we Tucsonans have been waiting for years to know how this pairing came about?
when is robert going to get together with brian stetzer and his orchestra to do some awesome 50s songs and rockabilly songs too....
Love the pocast just wish there was video ,not just one still pic through the whole bloody lotp
Tea for one
You can, that's true
It grates a bit on he older an like myself. Having experienced all of his solo works (Zep speaks for itself), I find it disquieting that we have six episodes and most , if not all, avoids perhaps the pinnacle of what Robert could have ever hoped for as a solo artist - Now & Zen . First of all, most "Plant Fans" could care less about Rod Stewart and that whole winged-tip-shoe anti-Rock theme. But regardless of this episode (which to ME is the weird chitt), the band members and song writers he had during Zen and flowing into Manic Nirvana were the best. The pinnacle. The shinning moment. Then he "grew up" . Which was, of course, a sad day for us all.............
THE OLDER FAN .... keyboard needs new batteries... lol
I get a thrill, thrill, thrill, thrill, thrill, thrill, thrill, thrill
Thrill at you from my head down to my toes
She make me feel so good
All night long
Really rock till I'm almost gone
Get a thrill, thrill, thrill, thrill, thrill, thrill, thrill, thrill
Thrill up to from my head down to my toes
Oh baby make me
Oh feel so good
She hold me
Oh drive me mad
Do the little things you do-oo-oo-oo-oo-oo
I thrill at you from my head down to my toes
Oh yeah
Oh yeah
Aww
She got me crazy
On my knees
My baby
Me an' my baby
She keep moanin', moanin'
Don't stop now
Gotta have love
Oo, wow
Get a thrill, thrill, from my head down to my toes
She treat me tender
Arms open wide
Sits around
With her lips to mine
I get a thrill, thrill, thrill, thrill, thrill, thrill, thrill, thrill
I thrill at you from my head down to my toes
I get a thrill, thrill, thrill, thrill, thrill, thrill, thrill
Thrill, chill, chill, chill, chill, chill, chill, chill, chill
Oh yeah
