Most consonants in Slovak are spoken the way that sounds are created on the front of your mouth while you seemed to try to make sound from deeper of your mouth or even throat. Thats why you needed water :)

Also *trma-vrma* does not have an exact English translation I think, but we use this word when we are saying somewhere was chaos or turmoil... For example, there were a lot of people in a shop and there was chaos between them - we say: *V obchode bola trma-vrma* . Hope it helped, have a nice day.

Slovak is the most beautiful language in the world and "guľôčka v jamôčke" is the prove for this. It is not guľa (sphere), it is not guľka (smaller sphere), it is not gulička (small sphere), it is gulôčka - probably no version in English, etc. It is somthing small, nice, sympathetic, something what we like. The same for "jamôčka" - jama, jamka, jamička, jamôčka, jamulienka, ...
The meaning of "trma vrma" can be described as "a big rush chaos" caused by people in several different situations .... like a huge mass of people in a hurry in a big marketplace, or in a train station, etc. It is not used in the casual spoken language, maybe in books/novels ... it´s kind of archaic.
EN : It is so fricking funny when someone tries to speak Slovak :DD. Even Czech guys, I think they sound the funniest when they speak our language. If you struggle with Ľ you can just say a normal L instead, people in the western part of Slovakia are ignoring Ľ usually (you can listen how Matovič is speaking - but he is defo not a good example how to speak good Slovak 😅)
